This week's score (There's more ;) )

You have been having a run of luck, Jack. You must be one happy collector.
The Ibberson is indeed the treasure of the lot!! :D
Wonder who "W" was in '34?

Thanks Charlie, it's been a good couple of weeks. I got a real peach of an Ettrick today too, beautiful buffalo covers, the nicest Ettrick I've ever seen for sure ;)

Hopefully not just 'Worker 34'! :D Before Stan Shaw's time, but hopefully he can shed some light on it :)

Some very interesting stuff Mr. Black.

Thanks pal :)

The news of a nice Ettrick has me daydreaming!
A nice one arrived from New Zealand today!
Pics elsewhere, soon!

The week started slowly, but eventually picked up :)

Hopefully take some more pics over the weekend.

Nice haul Jack, love those razors!!!

Thanks Duane, they were an unexpected bonus. I think the piece with the tortoise covers in the centre is a Jonathan Hall (1795-1830) :) Just bit me!

It's too dark here now to take pics, but I hope to get some tomorrow

Nice haul.
Is that a little pearl pen knife I see? Sweet!

Thanks fellers

Thanks, it is indeed, a Halma. Unfortunately, one of the blades is broken, but it's still a nice piece I think :)

Jack,
NICE variety of knives, Thanks for sharing the photos.
The Richards knife is very similiar to the knife that I gave to my to my twin brother 48 years ago.
Nifty tack hammer.

Jack, please share some more details about that tortoise shell two part knife/multitool(??)

You are having some great luck these days, Jack!
I am happy your efforts are providing fruit!
Some interesting pieces there!

Fantastic Tim. If you want to PM me details (colour, etc), I'll be happy to look out for one for you as a gift.

Ayi...the plunder!! The razors are wonderful and a lot of time have the best stamps and etches!! Cant wait to see some closeups!

A resource for you, mate:

Thanks my friend. Yes, there are a couple of good etches. The razors still need a bit of cleaning, but I'll post pics asap.

I'll post pics as soon as the sun rises (still 6.30am here) :)

Here’s the first one, from the batch above. I went to two vintage/antique fairs last weekend, and I only saw one knife, and I doubt it’s any older than the 1960’s. It’d be quite a nice knife if it wasn’t for the spring. Not only does the point sit proud, but there’s no snap to it whatsoever.
