The reason I ask this is when I watch videos of Cutlerlylover you hear Nutnfancys voice. I'm confused. Any help. And I see this on a LOT of videos. The same voice
 
I wish these guys would just actually test their knives than just talk about their new toys on coffee table and cut paper with them.
 
Nutn got me into knives basically. I've always been outdoors and stuff and been around knives but never actually went out of my way to get certain ones until now. It's nice to have a free resource like this when you can't handle a knife(or some piece of gear) in person before purchasing. Guys like this make shopping on the net a better experience.

Normally when I shop online I will put in the product into youtube and see what randoms have to say about it.

He does have his own strong opinions about things but whatever, so do I. Just wish he didn't bring up stabbing people in every knife video for example. It's pretty easy to ignore though, when you hear "heaven forbid" just skip forward a minute or so.

They do tend to drift off subject a bit. Nutn more so than CL, but I suppose some folks like that.

Made the mistake of watching a couple of vids on handguns today. Wow, those..uhh...experts....make CL and Nutn look GOOD by comparison.
 
I will say though that Shot show Spyderco booth video was good. Watched the thing a couple of times. It was very interesting to hear what Ed Schempp and Sal had to say. Plus there were so many cool knives.
 
I am familiar with both Nutnfancy and Cutlery videos. OK, but too looooong.

Now, I am a fan of Virtuovice's videos.

He shows hands on use and his vids are short and sweet:thumbup:
 
well i like both of them but know i watch cuttlerly lover because i like zippo tricks but cuttlerly new vid to date was 25 minutes god about i think a spyderco ladybug or what ever that small ones called

I've been watching cutlerylover and nutnfancy's videos for a while now and although they have a lot of info, they are just opinions on a certain piece of equipment. Nothing more, nothing less. Yeah, some times they take longer than they should about a certain knife or gun or whatever, but I prefer that the videos are long and cover a lot of info, than short and leaves me wondering about certain aspects.

Although something about the timbre of Dagon's voice is like verbal Ambien. I don't mean this as a knock against their quality. But if I'm having trouble sleeping, one or two of his vids knock me the hell out.

bnderan, you should try Carl Sagan's Cosmos series.
Btw, even in Belgium we think Dagon has got a funny accent, I can just imagine how he sounds to people across the pond;) But agreed ,his videos are different and show nice taste.

Regarding CL and NFcy, I prefer bluntruth.
 
Cutlerylover has better knife reviews in my opinion but nutnfancy has to money and connections to buy alot more expensive knives.
