So a $1300 dagger for your tactical vest.....

A well placed plunge from a dagger like that will puncture any vital organ. It would even go through body armor. It does not need or intended to slice flesh. If your intent it to slash then use an appropriate style blade of which a dagger of any kind is not.

Also, Mr Bayazes, I seriously doubt that you would let any stranger get close enough to you, to be able to use a dagger, so why sweat it? It's really only a personal adornment, or at least a last ditch effort, if someone gets the jump on you.

I am in the winter of my life I will make this promise it's not the 1300$ dollars the ice pick coast, god that's pocket change it's the simple fact the flat pick is exactly that, I personally think his Version of a dagger is not mine I own 100's of fine blades and I thought so much of this ice pick I put it on my table as a reminder I got a 1300$ ice pick shame on him I show it to everyone that picks it up and they all chuckle (is it a ice pick or what!)no it's TIM STINGRASS VERISON OF A DAGGER THEY CHUCKLE AND SAY BULL I GOT SCREWED! Tomorrow I putting it on YouTube cutting paper it will not cut paper!!! When my computer dude come in next Wednesday I am have him upload it on the website!! That's a promise

As it stands, we have a thread bashing a highly respected maker here, by (presumably) an adult with the income for multiple high dollar customs that comes across like some 6 year old with snot drooling down his face because of nasty little boo boo.

It's funny how the only argument is STILL that it won't cut paper, but the consensus is that is not what a dagger is designed nor grinded to do/be... You can literally stab it through a car door.. but no.. it's junk because you can't cut paper with it.. we should have this one closed. It's going nowhere faster and faster. Let him post pics of a knife that beautiful anywhere he wants, it's just free advertising :D:p

So now you will go out of your way to attack a respected maker through additional media avenues? Because you gave someone artistic license and then didn't get exactly what you wanted? Why is this getting to you so badly? Just throw it up on the Exchange and quit whining.
 
You ordered a narrow bladed dagger, and it looks like that is exactly what was provided.

It is virtually impossible to make a dagger with this geometry into a refined slicer.

If you wanted a dagger that would also slice, you should have specified a 1.5" - 2" wide blade.
