Why do I like Kershaw/ZT? Because everyone from Thomas down to the person who
places the knife in the box gives a damn what I think about there knife before I stick

I love Kershaw because of their amazing customer service and communication with customers. I really love having a public forum where we can interact with both customers and employees and give feedback on products or be the first to hear about new designs.

Simple... Their service. I had a problem and in the end they made it way more than good. Had a linerlock fail and to show they cared I was sent not only a fixed knife but a ZT0301. Quality would be next but I rave over their service. Thanks for the GAW.
 
The thing I like about Kershaw is the fact that there is a knife in the line up for everyone. Affordable knives all the way up to top if the line models like the Tilt. Thanks for the chance!

One thing? That's a tough one. If I had to pick one, it would be the fact that no matter what I purchase from Kershaw/ZT, it is backed by the most outstanding customer service in the business. Those guy's don't mess around. Add in guys like Thomas, who are here for us on forums, answering our questions, it's really awesome.
 
Thanks Dave for your generosity. My favorite thing about Kershaw knives in a nutshell? That they offer truly excellent quality for a reasonable price. Just can't beat that.
 
My favorite thing about Kershaw and ZT is really the consistency of quality across the spectrum. It's a quality shared by few others, and it really shows through the products the company puts out.

for me the best thing about kershaw is kershawguy;)

other then that it's them (their boa) that got me back to knife collecting
