I like that Keshaw/ZT has the best customer service in the business. It is peace of mind knowing that if you lose a clipscrew or strip a pivot screw, they are there to help you fast and ain a firndly way.

Kershaw/zt knives are excellent, but I have to say their customer service is second to none. Those guys really make the company as far as I'm concerned.

Aside from the great designs and great materials, I have to go with the generosity also.

My favorite thing about Kershaw is the higher end knives. The Ti/ZDP Leek, Ti/ZDP Mini Cyclone, Ti Tyrade, Ti Bump, the Volt, the Speedform, and the Tilt all spring to mind immediately. I know it's not a "Kershaw" so to speak, but I really can't wait for the ZT0777. I really love Kershaw's whole lineup and the fact that they offer high quality knives at such great prices is a great thing, but as I buy and collect more knives I find that my tastes have changed and now I am craving high quality high end knives to satisfy my wants. Kershaw has developed and released some fantastic knives that satiate those cravings.

i only have two kershaws, the smaller junk yard dog and a green needs work i ordered from you. lately my wrist have been bothering me. so i been using these two knives a lot. i love how they flick open without even much of any effort. so that helps me out quite a bit.
 
I'm going to say the people. Whether it's Customer Service, the people here, Thomas, or a combination of those, Kershaw always seems very happy to assist a customer. Seems like they actually appreciate the people who like their products :thumbup:
 
Wow, this is very nice.

My favorite thing is that you can buy a nice non-expensive knife but its such great quality and dosen't feel cheap, also their customer service is excellent.

My favorite thing is that no matter where it is made, all Kershaw knives are razor sharp out of the box, every time.
 
I appreciate the fact that the product line covers pretty much all the bases -- from low end to high end, utility to tacticool without sacrificing quality or "bang for the buck value" anywhere in between. (and none of them screams "Gecko45 would buy me, so should you...)

Bang for the buck!! I am a knife nut who actually uses his knives everyday at work (yes, even the Tilt), and it's just hard to beat Kershaw for quality products at great prices. I have yet to have a prob with the less expensive knives or the ZT tanks. I use them with confidence. Cheers.
