Pretty sure you can't close the account until the time for a dispute in the last transaction had passed. Also, I feel that if this member did this.... What's to keep him from doing it again ? This was above and beyond terrible to do to someone and not to mention he never came here to say anything about it...... Hoping that him just returning the money and ignoring it shouldn't make it go away.

I am surprised he is not banned. I cannot think of one non criminal reason Tony Duech came into that knife, not one.

I think it's a bit unfair to hint at subterfuge. You did get refunded after all, and in this case he was the buyer, so had nothing to do with the shipping.
I've had a PM from him over on BB which I've forwarded to one of the mods here. It seems the situation is not as cut and dried as it appears and there are two sides to the story.

With respect to you sir, he has made no attempt to tell his side here. He can say all he wants on BB and that doesn't mean squat to the membership of BF. We appreciate what you have done on your end, but he needs to tell it to us.

Tony Deuce can fight his own battles, you'll see by my first posts in the thread that I was all for a lynching. My interest lies in protecting other buyers and sellers from getting scammed, so the cross forum thing is important. Don't start asking me what I'm doing here when all you're doing is trolling.
