I can't hear anything from mine.

I do have a nasty case of tinnitus, but I can still hear my wall clock second hand ticking from across the room if I don't have a TV or music going.

It is possible any watch noise is in a frequency range masked by the ringing, and I'm just not hearing it.

Nope. Every one I've ever tried pulls the heck out of the hair on my wrist.

Their silicone straps are pretty neat, but I tend to prefer NATO-style straps.
