Traditional French Fry day

Thank you. I was afraid of that. That makes it an impractical edc. Too bad, because it's a looker.

It is a looker, I agree.

I find myself in a similar situation. Now that my affection for Laguioles has been reawakened, I daydream about ordering a custom version. Full ebony covers, croix Occitane mouche, damascus blade, in a 13 cm size. I doubt I would carry such a knife. It would be a jewel to be marveled at and would live at my desk opening letters and such.

🤔

Size is one of the reasons I sold my custom Lanny's. Right now the Capuchadou is window shopping but if I'm able, it would be nice to own it. I have an idea for a jeweler friend to insert a small stone on the mouche. I'm thinking turquoise would look good. Here's to both our plans coming together.

The Guilloché style of Capuchadou is sold with a stone in the center of the "shamrock". I believe mine was Carnelian. Maybe you can borrow one for a try joeradza joeradza

The stone costs extra Ray, and FP's selection is pretty sparse. There are only a half-dozen choices IIRC.

I know it's not Friday here, but it is in France! I'm just excited about these two I bought from Les Couteliers Basques.
