Love the Bisley grip and hammer. I’ve put the hammers on a couple of my Rugers.
I don't think folks realize how different they really are till they handle one. Got a buddy that has a Ruger Bisley in .44 mag.Love the Bisley grip and hammer. I’ve put the hammers on a couple of my Rugers.
The Colts are considerably more svelte than the Rugers. How they are in my hands anyhoo.I'll buck the trend. I do not particularly care for the Bisley models, at least Ruger's (I haven't tried a Colt). They just don't feel right to me.
I also don't like the Super Blackhawk hammer. When I had a SBH, I changed the hammer to standard Blackhawk.
It’ll probably shoot like crap, hurt your hand and make your ears ring. Just so you won’t have buyers remorse I’m willing to take it off your hands and save you the embarrassment of having all your friends ridicule you for such a bad purchase….Recently saw this S&W 27-9 at a local sporting goods store and decided I “needed“ it. Haven’t shot it yet, but it is a looker!

Beautiful Smith. If my budget could handle it I would love to get one just like that.
I know it's an old saying, but, they don't make them like that anymore. In the years to come it will seem like a a bargain.Yeah, I felt a little squeamish with the price tag, but I pushed past the second guessing and good sense. Glad I did.
