I posted pics of the original design in the polling threads but with the related options. I haven't posted any of these custom pics but definitely will when we get to materials and shields.

Let me see what I can do about an EO version :)

There are so many options it would hard to find one to please all :) If it were up to me, this knife would be lined bolsters and endcap in tortoise shell acrylic with polished blade and a cool shield :thumbsup: What I like about mocking these up is that I can see, immediately and for free, what an idea will look like. This will be fun as we progress through the polls.
 
I think the end caps take up too much on this knife. I wonder, if end caps wins the poll, if GEC could do the shorter caps (are they called tipped?)?

I'm not sure if I've seen a sawcut bone barehead before...are there are any examples I could take a look at?
 
I'd be in on that one :) I was going to wait until the materials poll was posted before I started cross-posting the jigged bone, etc. That way the other trim will have been decided (although the polls look pretty clear). I do have some concerns, however, about the ability for us to get jigged bone like that! Hopefully if it is selected we can get it with good jigging I'd hate to see something like we saw on the Pembertons.

Yes, after I saw the jigging on the recent blue Pembertons, I liked it. However, I wouldn’t want to see it on a higher-end Northfield GEC.
