Traditional Knives EDC GAW

As much as I’d seriously admire having that fine leatherwork, I want to allow someone else to win ~ so not an entry.

But, I will show you most of the junk I tote around ~ all except the rotation pocket knives and usual belt knife:D

This photo shows the stuff I carry as needed at the farm. Pruner, Klein pliers for fence work, etc, and that big ugly knife is a weeding knife I ground out of an old mower blade. Long enough to get all of a dandelion or thistle root, and heavy and strong enough not to bend. We are an organic/Certified Natural Grower farm, so chemical weed killers are not an option.View attachment 1336605Next is left fr pocket ~ spare keys, which I learned to always carry after working in Chicago’s west and south sides. With my Wenger Esquire, which is pretty much essential for guitar player’s fingernails, and a Wenger Canyon, sometimes replace by a bigger SAK.View attachment 1336606And after cracking my ifone screen twice by sitting on it, I switched to a belt carrier which has room for a Leatherman Tool (my favorite because it doesn’t have the stupid blade lock which requires a second hand), a little Maglite, and a Rite In The Rain notepad.
View attachment 1336607 The bandana is around my neck if it’s cool out, or around my head if it’s hot. My late son carried it in Afghanistan, and it has the 91st Psalm on it:)
And the flosser and tiny SW stockman ( a gift from @r8shell ) live in what y’all call the watch pocket on my Wranglers.

And finally, an unfortunate necessity of the times...View attachment 1336609Thanks for letting me play, and thanks for the generosity!:thumbsup:

Nice little SAK. Bullet pens are very handy too, as you already know. :cool::thumbsup:

But you do carry a lot of keys. ;):D

Getting all caught up now...

Okay, now I just have to know what the webbing is for and what all you have wrapped up in there.

I also like a simple wallet that will age well. :cool::thumbsup:

Nice to see a compass in the bag. Also the string/rope, very handy. :cool::thumbsup:

Sorry I just noticed this, Dan! Thank you very much, I really appreciate it!
Great EDC, and super bowl to keep it in!
Handy little Leatherman, Dennis. :cool::thumbsup:
I also like the well-worn little flashlight.
The scissors on those Micro 's are great! The little light is about done for, but it helps to find the lock on the door when it's dark.

Great GAW, John!
