These are channellock #424, the smallest tongue and grooves they make ( pliers like these used to be considered ignition pliers)I'm surprised myself at the number of guys carrying dedicated pliers... PerhapsHickory n steel , and
Henry Beige would be willing to share something about their (I assume) channel lock pliers?
They look pretty handy, I switched to a pair of dedicated pliers and an sak a few months ago, after wiping out many multi tool pliers over the years. I just can't bring myself to send them for warranty work since most of the time they're used pretty hard. I might look into a pair of those if they still make them... ThanksThese are channellock #424, the smallest tongue and grooves they make ( pliers like these used to be considered ignition pliers)
They Just come in handy, sometimes you I may need to hold a fastener in the front and one in the back, and my multitool pliers are generally for grabbing pulling and twisting.
They do some the little channellock pliers don't and the channellock pliers do something the multitool pliers dont.
It's just nice to have multiple bases covered and the maxpedition had some wasted space, these fit without adding bulk.
