Traditionals and 4 legged friends

I was just looking for a knife photo, and zoomed past these, these are remembrance stones we have in the Garden for Luke, and Murphy...

Those remembrance stones are great. A friend one of my sons made a plaque for one of our beloved dogs. Maybe I should do some for our other pets that have passed (two dogs and two cats). We've currently got two dogs and two cats--I'm making up for not being able to have pets when I was a child! It is hard when they pass.

Oh Man- Vince - it's the worst isnt it? just like a child, those rocks we got through a Garden Center that sold outdoors Art works etc for the Garden, I am sure that if you google Laser etched rocks or something like that in your area? or close by? Two dogs, two cats = life savings slowly sinking away into paying the Vet Bills :(, :)

here’s my best boy, Mr Whiskey. He’s also a rescue dog. A local family gave him up, guess they replaced him with a couple puppies. They didn’t do much with him. When the shelter received him he was pushing 120 lbs. It seemed like a daunting task, but with daily walks and a regulated diet he’s down to around 70 lbs. Still not sure what he could have done to fall out of favor with his original owners, but I’m grateful that we ended up with him.

To keep this a bit knife related, here’s my new #92

Oh look at Mr Whiskeys eyes!!! what a beautiful Boy! Just how-on-Earth can you give up on your dog, it shows he probably never had much of a life anyway - so thank goodness you have him now and he feels loved - what a gift, just the best gift you can give to the best boy!

This thread is so full of awesome! I just love all these different pets being shared.

Here's our Pepper. We had rescued her from a shelter earlier this year. She was a teen mom, super shy but affectionate. We had cats many years ago, but had to put them down for various health-related reasons. That was super tough, and we didn't have pets for a long time because of that.

She is a wonderfully curious and playful cat, and now we can't imagine not having her around.
