Pre 2015 Colt CT609.
Black G-10 (or Micarta? I forget) covers. Ti coated blades, and T-10 Carbon Steel blades..
I consider the knife "Heavy Duty" sice the blades are roughly twice as thick (call it 4mm/0.1875 inch) at the tang and the spines.

The (yellow)"Classic Carbon" series have the same blade steel (uncoated) but are just a hair over 0.125 inch thick at the tang and along the spine.
