Looks like we may be taking a break from the house search. Looked at another "great" place on Sunday. Massive three car garage with a 10.5' ceiling, but the house needed a ton of work. This was the same issue with the previous property on which we bid. Man, I never thought it would so hard to find a place. On the surface it seems like we have rather simple needs.

That's the next option. Unfortunately finding a place with a large enough lot has not been easy. Oh well, I guess there are worse problems!

This knife is freakin awesome man. I didn't get to use it much, but I got to feather with it a bit. Spent part of the day Saturday using a pick to dig out part of the hill with. Wore me out:

Sooooo, today after work I was back to doing laundry. This whole 33 gallon tupperware boxes as storage for clothes is GREAT! It's not "pretty" but it's highly functional.

Thanks man. It's a BHK Scatty Crafter Custom. I am gonna do a similar patina on my Cam BK2. Feather master, haha. Not really, but I have improved. It has a lot to do with the wood you use, blade, and of course, practice.

Yeah it does. Had my wife and daughter out tonight workin on it. Was going to post some pics but they're locked in my daughters phone and she crashed out hah. We're going to do the bushcraft usa online courses. It's a very good way to get us out together. I'll be so proud when both of my ladies can build a fire bush style. They struggled a bit for a while but didnt give up. It was really cool watching them baton for the first time. I was surprised how much they both got into it, funny thing was they were almost in competition with each other until they came together with a common enemy...dad the "show off" lol. Unfortunately we got rained out after about 1.5hrs.
