to each his own. i can see why a lot of people don't like him. There are things he's done wrong, and while i dont agree or condone what has happened in the past, i'm still a fan
 
Regarding the air rifle vs. A rimfire 22. Jeremy, I definitely would not overlook a air rifle. My aunt reserves the same cabin for the whole family to get together 2x a year for the last 30 years. Theres 50 acres and I have kill hundreds of squirrels there over the years. Well, a few years ago, the owners made a new rule, no firearms. Sucks because we used to have trap shoots out there too. Anyway, also the end of the squirrel hunting. I decided I would I would try one of the new air rifles that where coming out, the break down type, mine was a .177 cal. 1200 fps. It even had the silencer on the end that I thought was silly until I fired it. The only thing you could hear was the trigger action. That thing was a squirrel slayer. Even killed a turkey with it believe it or not. Ammo is endless supply and cheap, and the rifles for $200. you can get you a damn good one.

Right now I could use a money tree :D or to win the lotto.... So many nice shiny things, never enough money in the budget.
