When i rarely decide to log onto my personal Facebook account it asks what is on your mind... For the first time i answered it today.. I lost a couple friends and got 3 PMs... 2 stating why they didn't agree and another one saying the post should go viral...
Don't asks a question you don't really want the answer too. That's like asking a girlfriend how many guys she has been with. Doesn't matter if she says 2 or 20 it's gunna make you upset.

I'm gonna go ahead and change the topic, though that doesn't mean current events aren't weighing on my mind - but not going to get political/moral/religious/humanist - that's for other subs. I did, however, receive my daizee made, D-rock designed knife yesterday....and spent the day showing it to anyone who would look. Lucky for me, I met two customers who are also knife knuts. I told the last one about the Beckerheads and he thought it was too cool and was going to look us up. Seemed like a nice guy, just back from visiting his son in Alaska and having to deal with his broken access control system. He was in pretty good humor when I got there at 5:15 pm......he was in much better humor when I fixed his problem, which turned out to be something neither one of us had suspected. The life of MacGyver.....

I think it's leftover tape residue from the sheath making process....not likely usage marks as I've mostly just admired and played with it. And showed it off - which so far as I know doesn't leave marks....
The hand is a working hand and yeah.....the knife certainly makes it look better. No, wait...the knife looks better...my hand, uh...whatever. I'm diggin' the blade regardless of the appearance of my hand....
Congrats! I was over in your neck of the woods today but had to keep driving lest I piss off a customer that was waiting for me. Gotta get together and fling some arrows soon....

I have 2 accounts. One for knife stuff and the other for family stuff...
It wasn't really that political... I thought it was funny myself... The couple people that un friended me, both females, did so more because they are real into church and i cussed a couple times... And said how come every time I'm being tailgated it's by a woman... I went on to mention how they don't like it when men try and get up their.... Tailgates... Stay out of ours..
I posted 10 sentences... Only 2 had to do with the current affairs... The rest was just other stuff on my mind... Like mayonnaise is disgusting... Vodka is a woman's version of whiskey... Glocks suck... Real men fish... How come beer isn't free... And similar...
There are no replies to the post. Just a few private messages. 2 telling me why i was being unfriended for vulgar language.
I drank 10 beers last night... So i didn't really care what anyone thought... Some of my family friends are pretty religious though... And there was a few cuss words...
Whatever. Life goes on...

If they get that wound up over little crap like that, then they aren't worth the carpal tunnel trauma needed to communicate with them. I've had folks "de-friend" me over pro-2nd amendment, pro-common sense, anti-killary, pro-hunting/fishing, etc posts. All of them did so without drama. I just happened to notice they had de-friended me after I noticed that I wasn't seeing posts from them or had completely shut down on FB with no notice. My attitude is "Oh, well, I don't need them either."
They are probably more jealous that you can do what they would like to do but are too stuck up or "holier than thou" to admit it. And are probably hypocritical about it as well.

When I my grandma passed away last fall, some relatives posted about it on fb within an hour of it happening. It pissed me off, because people hadn't been notified. I posted something about hoping that people would have enough respect when I die, to not go posting about it right away, so my family and friends would find out from a loved one and not from fb. How horrible would that be. People need to use a bit of common sense.
Anyway, I lost a few cousins as friends that day. Oh well.
My 16 year old nephew passed away last month unexpectedly and he had friends posting to his wall right away. I contacted them on messenger to remove the posts until people could be notified. The amount of disrespect I got back from the little brats made me want to find them and teach them some respect.
Some days I wonder why I even keep a fb account.

Lulz @ FB. Social media in general has both positives and negatives. I only have my account to look at every now and again when I'm bored. I had an aunt 'unfriend' me once because I got a virus and it posted a link to a porn webside on my page lol. Since then she has requested friends again numerous times because she wants to see pictures of my kids. I just ignore the request.

Im all for people believing what they want. I have a certain amount of beliefs too, but i dont force mine on others and dont judge them for theirs. I tend to ignore posts i dont agree with. Its not often arguing your belief or opinion serves any purpose.
Just a few cuss words, joking about how woman cant drive... If they knew me better they would have never friended me in the first place.

I didnt even use a personal FB account for the longest time. But i was asked to because we have a lot of family get togethers and parties and a lot of the time they are arranged over facebook.
I hardly ever post anything other than family/dog/fishing pictures but decided to post while a bit drunk.... Facebook and drinking not a good mix i guess LMAO
I did mention 2 things about current affairs, but nothing about the people involved, more to the point of racism being wrong... Of course thats not how i worded it.... But yea. This isnt the place for that.
I figured the "glocks suck" part would have been the most controversial.... It normally is HAHA
Glocks don't suck. Except for the sights. And the spent cases ejecting right at your face. And they're always about 5 years behind the market trends. And they refuse to address the complaints some people have with the grip angle and shape. And the front of the frame is always curved up just slightly. Their mags are getting kinda pricey for as common as they are. Probably some other stuff I'm forgetting. Did I mention I'm a Glock fanboi?
