Hey fellers. I've been keeping pretty busy the last couple weeks with random things, but more importantly I've decided to start making knives finally. The few that I have started are in the middle of the process and I really don't wanna post my ugly progress quite yet. I'm aware of the rules but I just wanted to tell yous guys. I still haven't officially posted an announcement of knife making on my fan page yet either so you're the first to know. I've also been kept busy with sheath stuff I've finally drew up a template for a generic bushcraft knife sheath. And FINALLY drew up a template for the BK20! So along with orders and new things yeah, pretty busy. Haha

That's good news Nick!
If you can make a knife 1/2 as good as you make sheaths.....
Can't wait to see what's coming down the pipeline.
Oh wait...I have seen. Lol :D Good stuff!:thumbup:

Three months from now I'll be 100% debt-free. I could have been there already but I saw some guns I just had to have. I'd really like to get a Tavor X95 :)

Congrats man. I need to be there myself.

Actually I forgot about my new phone. Its $20 a month at 0% interest through my cell provider. I guess I could afford to pay it off pretty soon but I don't see much difference one way or the other.

I wouldn't mind being debt free. I still got 14 more years on my mortgage. As soon as the wife gets the thumbs up from a contractor we're going to hire... that 14 is going up to 20 :( but we'll have a _really_ nice house. The things we do to keep women happy.....

I got about 14 years left on my mortgage too... Started at 15 so i haven't even put a small dent in it..

But then there is the truck... 5 Years... The shop... Another 4 years... A couple credit cards... A million years...

I'm not sure I'll ever be debt free... Id like to be... But i like enjoying life too much...

Technically (according to those more knowledgeable than me), a mortgage (or a car loan) isn't really "debt" in the way you might think, because both are collateralized. If you walk away from a mortgage or a car loan the lender can seize the collateral (house or car) and you can walk away owing nothing to anyone (though you lose the $$ you have invested). Credit card debt and unsecured debt are different matters - there's no way the bank can recover their $$ without placing liens on other stuff and basically ruining your life. I mean, really - who has the cash to buy a house outright?

Plastic surgery?
I took advantage of a credit union offer to pay off my last credit card balance, interest rate is far lower. :o

Crap. Dallas. Went to high school with one of the killed officers. Prayers for the family.

Probably didn't break it. It's Friday and everyone's try to leave work early. :D

Sorry to hear about Dallas this morning and also that you knew one of the slain. The only good news is that appparently they got the 4 involved in the actual shooting.. We'll see how many more were involved with planning it. Somehow I doubt it was a spur of the moment, "let's go shoot some cops tonight" kind of things.
