FINALLY got a 10/22. just to get that over with. been 3 weeks, haven't even shot it. soon. hah.
been eyeballing a really nice clean argentine 1891 mauser cav model. pretty sharp. < $500. don't know much about mausers though.

actually, less scope, it came that way (ruger factory tactical)
target trigger as well. "nothing to do" but get a proper scope with .22LR drop reticle. my tripod is different, but this: http://www.ruger.com/products/1022Tactical/specSheets/1230.html got it cheap too 
in a previous life, i had a long heavy barrel savage, with the unbeatable savage trigger (light, adjustable), and a specialty scope made in japan. great stock, adjustable. amazeballs tripod. insane groups at 100 meters.

So, first time I ever tune into Alone, and it's featuring Dave Mcintyre. Never seen the show (any season) and it seems "interesting" I don't think it would be a good show for me. I have a feeling the whole forest would end up being burnt down to get everyone else out before I rang the bell. However I also have a feeling that is a less than legitimate way to do it.

This is a .17 though. Has adjustable trigger. heavy barrel but not an adjustable stock. I love the finger hole wood stocks though.
Very accurate but not quite as accurate as this .22. even with the cheap scope... Really needs a Nikon BDC on there... Or better... But for the price im a fan of nikon scopes.
