It was tastefully done. Did not include any details of how and why it actually fell. That would have been beyond the scope of the show's goals. A little lame at the beginning, but got better as it went along. I probably feel that the lame part is lame as being an Aggie, I understand the schools traditions and uniquenesses already. They were trying to bring across Aggie traditions but the cutting room people obviously did not understand our traditions and were trying to depict something they hadn't a clue on. The last 1/2 hour is a tear jerker.
 
Arrived in LA to meet the ship last night, played dad this morning to get everybody loaded onto shuttles from the hotel. Had a couple decent beers to prepare for sailing in the morning.

Well we have a contract on the old house finally now if I can get my finger fixed things will be good. Of course I thought the move/sale would all be done by last April at the latest but well I was overly optimistic lol.

You haven't gotten that thing fixed? OUCH!!!! How long are they going to wait for surgery?

I have an appointment with the hand surgeon Monday. He was supposed to look at it last Monday got to love the VA [emoji35]

I was looking for the keys to your safety deposit box. Haven't found them yet but I did find 3 sets of handcuff keys, a GM ignition key, a piano key, a gold tooth, 2 engagement rings, 6 fishing lures, a belly button ring, 10 marbles, a 9mm bore brush, some random nuts and bolts, many legos, a cigarette lighter, $27.83 in change, 12 rounds of various ammunition, 3 teeth, 4 dead goldfish, 1 live goldfish, at least a pound of BB's, 962 Samuel Adam's Boston Lager bottlecaps for some reason, and some graffiti reading "Moose and Derek were here". And a whole lot of chocolate that must have gone bad because it stunk quite a bit.

I've got the itch for another single action revolver, this time a big bore like a .44 magnum or a .45 colt, probably a Ruger. They have some distributor exclusive .45 convertibles, a Vaquero and a flat top Blackhawk in stainless.
