Unhappy Emerson Owner

Take a look at EKI forum here, almost every new member was first labeled as a troll.
Please list them all and provide links to the threads in which this was done.

Okay Gator, let's give this a try.

I hereby state that I am a critic of Emerson knives. I am not fond of them. I have no experience with them and the only one I have ever handled was my own BM/Emerson collaboration, and I don't really care for it (although it has gotten me out of a very tight place before).

Let's see how many people call me a troll. Anybody? What? Nobody wants to call be a troll? Maybe it is because I didn't make a sweeping accusation about EKI, Mr. Emerson, or their line-up based on my experience with one knife. I will not criticize their quality, workmanship, customer service, QA/QC, or anything else. That is for people who have handled more than one. I'll leave it up to those that know the knives to evaluate EKI.

And? I'm not sure why would I dig them all, but anyway, here's the last month:

Sorry, apparently those are not all as per your request, yet sort of shows the pattern.

Try what? Steer the pot?
If you are interested why don't you do the search? You'll find plenty.

Pardon, but which part of that was critics? The fact that you don't like them? Isn't that rather a matter of taste?

Anybody? What? Nobody wants to call be a troll?
Hmm, as usual the replies come after you post :) And again, it was about critics.

It's not that difficult to handle more than one, just go to any gunshow.
As of the customer service, there's no need to handle someone's product to judge that.
Once again, since the defective product was out of the factory there was QC problem. CS can be great or even better, but it is not related to QC. And if you post your email and mail address for your customers, then apparently you should answer those. That's my point of view.

I just got an Emerson Commander in a trade and the blade grind looks like it is chisel ground. No ****.I couldn't believe it.What should I do????:(

nifrand: What should you do? Simply enjoy the knife, and ignore of these people Emerson bashers who have nothing else to do than complain.

Nifrand, it is up to you. If you don't mind a chisel edge then keep it. If you don't like it and are confident in your abilities, you could reprofile the edge yourself. If you do not think you would like to try this, you could find a knifemaker that would be willing to do it for you.

...a thread that I have absolutely nothing to contribute too... :(

Razor, make a note in the 'Big Book of Notes'...

btw, KWM, you and nifrand are some very seriously deranged individuals...that whole 'reprofile 'thang' wasn't even funny... ;)

--knife content--

What is the 'best' reasonably priced EDC by EKI? I wasn't too fond of my BM CQC-7 serrated...but I never gave it a 'fighting' chance...I just wanted something lighter without so many ragged edges...

This from an 'old style' Spydie Endura EDC kinda guy...

Thoughts? Or thread links? Or even, "do your own homework"...

TM?

That's because most of them were some variation of a person named Dennis and this has been proven by IP# Cross Reference.

By the way, have you switched servers again tonight? :D

Whattadick.

All 3?

Doh :) What server? I suspect you've got simply wrong ideas :)

If you are referring to variable IP addresses, then what's so special about that, everyone including you got dynamic IP address, unless you pay for fixed one. I think even you should've known that much, with all your troll hunting/IP checking experience?

Whattadick.
Good job with UR new nick ;)

You are either concealing the whole truth to everyone reading this thread on purpose -OR- you just aren't very thorough.

The reason those threads appeared was because of a real troll that was causeing havoc on that forum. If you were looking hard enough, or maybe you did and it just didn't help in your agenda you would have found a bunch of these threads:

http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=183495
http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=183442
http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=183434

Those are just a few I came upon doing my search and I'm sure there's more. We didn't see any action against a guy (guy is too good a term for him), how 'bout maggot that made that forum miserable so we took action and went on the defensive. Rightfully so because he came back several times. Some people got accused that shouldn't have but for some reason you just left that out and focused in on only a smidgin of truth that would make you look right. But to look at the whole picture it just didn't fit into your reality.

In every lie there maybe a little truth and in your post above there was but for a very ligitimate reason that you chose to ignore.

Goes to show how truthful your being in your arguments.

You mean the three you handpicked to prove YOUR point? Fook no! But, I don't have to tell you who the others were, I'm sure you already know, especially since the threads were so large.

Oh no, I have the RIGHT ideas.

Indeed, you were crafty posting somewhere else. This is a very large country indeed. SO large in fact, that the troll I am dealing with now, his recorded IP# is a mere 9.72 miles from your website's domain registration's addy.

Now what are the chances of that happening? That's SOME coincidence!

Imagine that. :D

By the way, that's not my new nick, that's your new descriptor!

Trollboy.

Very good of you to bring the "Troll Thing" together...take the heat off of you. Heh...other people can do simple traces too. Never thought about the old website, did ya?

Such a shame really..."Who's Online" showed him quoting a post in here for over 20 min. and I guess he just left in despair.

I took the latest. It all was happening last few months right?

But, I don't have to tell you who the others were, I'm sure you already know, especially since the threads were so large.
I'm not interested. And based on your msgs it was 1 person?

Indeed, you were crafty posting somewhere else.
Posting where and what?

SO large in fact, that the troll I am dealing with now, his recorded IP# is a mere 9.72 miles from your website's domain registration's addy.

ROFL. Dude, I think you're sort of bending in the wrong direction :)
My domain IP is registered by Networksolutions, as the majority are. Hosting service provided by different company in VA, is that what you mean? And what does one's online IP has to do with my website IP?
ISP's as usual are picked localy :) Not on the other side of the country. I think your paranoia is taking over.

And since you want to pursue this online spy games it'd be nice of you to read some literature first, at least to tell the IP from ISP, before playing a detective here.

By the way, that's not my new nick, that's your new descriptor!
Well, fits U perfectly, but that's not important.

Heh...other people can do simple traces too.
Never thought about the old website, did ya?

What about it? FOr one it was posted right on my site for long time that I've moved i.e. changed the host. What were U tracing anyways?

BTW to be technically correct I only have 1 web site. The host can be changed, but the site is the same.
