Lots of thanks to all of you......my son John will be calling Tradewater who has volunteered to post any news......I expect the surgery should be over by tennish........ Then two to four days in hospital ..........

Looking forward to getting back on here and am really looking forward to the gathering.........

As you already know, I will not be able to make this one, falls on the same weekend of a family reunion that I skipped last year, so, out of all fairness, I should attend that this fall. This, this for sure. I haven't been able to make it to a gathering yet, so I need you around so I can come in the future :).

Glad that the outlook is positive so far. Take everyones advice and rest up, and resist the urge to not let others help you (which personally I can have a hard time with, for some reason its so much harder to accept help than to give it... I must have a character flaw :/).

I think the Beckerheads in attendance should carry you around on bedrest, Egyptian style :).

I've met some of those cats and kittens, and I'm pretty sure that Uncle E over-exerting himself will not be a problem... or even an option. :) :thumbup:
 
Just spoke with John and the surgery went well. Ethan is resting in recovery and doing fine. Good news for us all indeed. :thumbup:

I am a proud owner of many of your "state of the art tools (approximately all "members" of the BK.... series line). Hope it all goes well for you, I am praying for you.
 
Getting reports that the BK16, 11, 4 and 2 were some of the instruments used. The BK3 wasn't necessary apparently. Not sure if this is accurate information.
 
Just got some email fromE's son - good recovery thus far

But they can't find the missing BK8
