Glad it went well. Here's a little unsolicited advice from someone who's had too many surgeries- laxatives are your friend when you're taking pain meds. Your pain isn't the only thing they stop ;) And do what the doc says for recovery. I tried to shovel some gravel once after a surgery and my throat swelled almost shut. When they say take it easy, they're not kidding.

Just gotta love the drugs. Especially when medically sanctioned.....best wishes for a speedy recovery and some hella good living post-op.

Ethan was having some fun when i also called him. ice chips and pain meds. good times.

they even found the BK8 :D surgery next week unless it works out :D

It is good to hear. I have been waiting for someone to post up as I hated to call him.
 
Well, I'm pleased that the surgery has gone okay. Time to heal. Walking is your friend even if it hurts. As said, listen to the doctors, don't change any tires. I had the misfortune of multiple hernia surgeries and didn't listen at least for the first one at age 24. I tried to change a tire and realized THIS IS NOT GOOD. I called a wrecker.

I hate to call my wife when she's in the hospital. I certainly wouldn't bother Ethan. Wife was in the hospital last week. We text'd a lot. The other side to that is I doubt Ethan would even remember me anyway. Remembering me is not very important to me.

Damn, I can't imagine that, he's talkative when he's stone sober, how did you get off the phone with him? Lol.

Take it slow and listen to Drs. Let others carry the load this year. Have learned a lot from your postings and proud owner of 3 beckers well 2 12 yr son stole one!! Smoke and prayers sent for safe and full recovery from The Kolarik Asylum Hang tough thanks for all you do Mk

Thank you all so much......... Things progress, and rapidly too..... Tube removals have started...... Rumblings have been noted...... Have used the pain pump hardly at all today..... The Doctor seems happy....... Just a waiting game at this point.... Getting bored......

Saw J.T's thread in the darkest recesses of BF yesterday. So I sent positive vibes your way & waited till there was more news to post. Glad to see it's going good sir. Keep being careful & stay strong.
