I think the middle ground can only be reached by Dan and Kyle working things out between themselves. It's time for cooler heads to prevail.

RDT.... You are pleading , demanding Kyle do the right thing , yet the deal you speak of that went to crap ( since that was the only direction it could go ) cause you traded Kyle a knife that was in crap condition to begin with. You never made good on your deal and were canked for it ( among other issues ) ...so please , step back , listen to the mod ( CODE3 ) and look in the mirror , before you chastise and give advice to others , take your own advice and make sure you follow it , if you can't blind em with science , I guess you figure you can baffle em with bull$****. There are plenty of folks still around and remember how that deal went down , I saw the knife you traded , it was not in nowhere near the condition you said it was.

please listen to the mods , you are not helping Dan here at all , if you truely want to see there be a chance of resolution , back off and let Dan pick another lawyer. Not being a wiseass , really ain't it about time to just chill ?

respond how you want but I will listen to the mods from here on out , if I don't have anything PERTAINING to the deal between Dan and Kyle , I will not post anything myself.
 
522 posts ago on 12-07-04 I said this and here I'm still saying it. A few of the words have changed but the meaning is the same.

I hope this is worked out to the satisfaction of both Individuals involved.

Yes, even though you pay, as do I, the moderators do have rules, they run this place by said rules.
You are not being unfairly judged by their opinions, but by your agenda
Although you feel put upon by others, you cannot use this as a forum to fight your battle.
You may be right in some of what you say, but this isn't the place to argue it.

I would like to see people quit posting unless they are directly involved in the transaction, with the exception of Kit, as it's his job to be here.

I received an e-mail from alelser, and the situation between Eich and myself appears to be coming to a resolution. I'll post word here once a letter is received by me in Italy. Until then, I suggest we put this thread in limbo, and assume both sides will be satisfied. :)

Not to be mean or anything, but an ass is pretty high off the ground. The other leg might fail. ;)

I met you, and talked to you on the patio at the Huntington Beach Show in October. If have no problem with you, or anyone else from Over There, yet.

I am not defending certain members of Over Here who have been a little, shall we say, overbearing and loud with their accusations, and active with stirring up the pot. We will deal with that in our way, in our time. We have also been courteous hosts for the most part, putting up with more than a little crap flying up from Over There.

This is not your place, Over There is your place. WE don't come over there and poop in your living room, don't start that "ass kicking talk" in ours. It is as it should be. Everything is settled down nice and quiet. Dr. Dan and Kyle look to be having a smooth resolution to the conflict.

Kit needs no one to step in for him. He is a grown man, and one who is highly respected. You do absolutely no good by starting that kind of behavior.

I made this public, because I want none of this kind of stuff on BladeForums, where people start that "ass kicking" talk. If you read my post about 9 pages back or so, you will read that my "crew" had to be dialed down. I know about kicking ass, and I know about getting my ass kicked.

This is the internet, it should be about fun. Yunno, knives and comaraderie and all that. If you want to talk about asskicking a little more, you can PM me or e-mail me, offline.

RDT, you made my list for not heeding my earlier request.

Trace Rinaldi, your post was completely unnecessary, and confrontational. Don't post in this thread again.

I have asked earlier that unless you have relevent information regarding a resolution to Kyle and Dan's deal, that you stay out of this thread. If I see the same individuals not heeding my advice, you'll see what the end of the plank looks like.
 
Just to be clear I was joking... I would defend Kit no problem, but he doesnt need it. IF you ever wonder about my ability to get a leg up in an ass just check me out in person...HAHAHA... THIS in NO WAY is a THREAT TO ANYONE!!! :rolleyes:
