Had a great experience this weekend with USPS,, shipped a very important package out Saturday morning,,, 2 day priority,, got there today!
Faith restored...
They pooched the delivery time, but refunded the shipping cost without question and without me having to explain or beg.
All I did was click "request refund" on the shipping info page for the package.
