i bought from him on 04-03-2017 a ParaMilitary2 cpm154/s90v,it's sold to me as complete, this means the right box and the sprint run paper.and to my (horrible) surprise i found when it arrived a mint knife (honest) in a dlc cts-xhp box/paper!,i mailed him (removed name) and after a lot of excuses no original box/paper!now he told me to send the knife back and i will get a refund, yeah right,i have to trust a man who's lying to me in the first place (about the complete set which is NOT a complete set!!) and trust he refunds me my $545,fellow BF members,i'm seeking advice!i'm not going to send the knife first and then wait for my money, can i go via Paypal (bought the knife G & S)?
hope to get some advice, because this is a first for me.but,up untill this is solved,i would suggest to not buy anything from him!

As happydaddy said

Sale thread doesn't say anything about box and papers.

Can someone tag or quote seller to get his side of the story

Oh here we go again...................yet another example of why the OP has been on my ignore list for a long time; and on many other members ignore list.
Listing said nothing about a box/paperwork. You assumed.......don't assume....... Ask a question before buying.

Now - the seller immediately offered you a refund since you were not happy. Then you come here with this???

OP - you are the one that is very bad. You fly off the handle and have a history of being unreasonable. People should not deal with you! I never will.

Based on my own experience, the OP lacks reading comprehension, the ability to follow instructions, or both.

Op it's hard to even follow what your saying. If you have a problem with your purchase and the seller offers you a refund what was the purpose of the thread? This could easily have been handled by you, the seller, and PayPal. Thinking before you act (and proof reading) goes a long way.

Sheesh, you got to be kidding? The OP is on ignore now. Thanks for bringing yourself to my attention, and saving me the hassle of dealing with you.

I thought for a moment you had the ability to travel into the future until I saw the sales post.
It's evident by your rant that you need to file a PP dispute to get your money back. It's really that simple. File your dispute, wait on instructions from PP and go from there.
There's really no need to be upset or angry at the seller, because he did nothing wrong in his sell post.

What would the dispute be for, since the knife wasn't misrepresented? IMHO, the only things the OP needs to do is take the seller's name out of his post, and read the listing more carefully in the future.

Glad I already had the OP on ignore. Doesn't seem like the seller did anything wrong since OP confirmed knife was as described.

Or......stop being a whiny baby. Think this is the third time he's posted something like this.
That's enough.

OP is already on my ignore list so this isn't the first.

Return the knife and you get a refund otherwise there's no refund. File a dispute with PayPal and they will tell you to Return the Knife for a Refund.

Assuming this wasn't altered, the original sales thread says:
"NEW PARAMILITARY 2 -C81CFPE2 -WITH THE SUPER RARE CPM154/S90V BLADE - SOLD

CARBON FIBER SCALES - ALL ORIGINAL - BLADE NEVER TOUCHED - NEVER CARRIED ."

To play the devils advocate, "all original" could be construed that it has everything that was included with the original purchase. I don't think I would have considering that it seemed to be part of his description of the condition of the knife rather than an overall description of what's for sale. If I recall, English is not retired01's first language so that could exacerbate the communication breakdown. (retired01, if that is inaccurate i apologize.)

Regardless, if you are dropping $500+ on something it is prudent to have clear communication and a clear understanding of what exactly you are purchasing.

I've never gone through a Paypal dispute, yet whenever I read about others' experience with a dispute the order of operations is that the buyer returns the item and then the refund is issued. If that is the case I fail to see how that would fix anything considering the seller already offered to do that. (If I have this wrong please correct me.)

You've been on ignore since the last couple threads you started like this. In what world do you live where a refund is given before the item is returned?

You left negative feedback so this transaction appears to be complete. Not sure what else you want here.
