When buying any knife over $200 that is a highly sought after model and accompanying paraphernalia are important to you, ask all pertinent questions BEFORE committing to buy.
Seems the OP's recurring issues stem from poor communication. Language??

As soon as the buyer let me know that I had ACCIDENTALLY shipped the wrong box with the knife , I responded to him and looked everywhere for the correct box . Once I realized I didn't have it , I IMMEDIATELY let him know , and offered him a FULL REFUND INCLUDING HIS SHIPPING !

He wanted the refund BEFORE sending me the knife back - which EVERYONE KNOWS IS NOT THE WAY IT WORKS !

I tried explaining this to him , but instead he resorted to this nonsense and trying to get me in trouble w/Paypal - which of course , didn't work . So after all of his trying to get me in trouble - for what , I have no idea - he still isn't getting his refund until I get my knife back in the MINT condition it was sent to him in - as recommended to me by a Paypal agent ! ( not that I needed them to tell me that ) .

I apologized to him from the start , and bent over backwards trying to accommodate him - and I get this !!!

It was simply an HONEST MISTAKE - I've sold many knives on EBAY for years ( 1998 - PRESENT )and have a !00% POSITIVE FEEDBACK RATING !!!- FEEL FREE TO CHECK - NASCAR43NY2A2V is my Ebay ID !

Just goes to show you - it doesn't pay to be nice !!!!!!
 
Keep doing the right thing paulb- it's all you can do and the rest will sort itself out.
 
In my opinion the op deserves an infraction for his behavior. He has been on numerous times since starting the thread but has remained silent. Thankfully a mod removed the seller's name from the op's post.
 
Sorry my opinion changed after noticing the op left unwarranted negative feedback for the seller. I now feel the op should be banned.

Yup. And there are now hefty infractions for abusing the feedback system. The OP is all over the map and has been for years. If only people would search the GBU before dealing with people. I'm sure anyone who knew about his past would not deal with him. Unfortunately people don't protect themselves like they should.

And seriously, asking for your money back before you return the item? What kind of garbage is that.....
 
The OP has been on throughout the day, he isn't coming back to this thread (at least not in writing), he would not edit the seller's name from his post (leaving Esav to clean up his mess), and now he has left negative feedback for PAUlB63, which, as I read it, is a lie and will ultimately need to be cleaned up by Spark. Of course, it is not the OP's first time tossing a grenade into a room and then leaving the area. How many times must everyone put up with his hit-and-run shenanigans before he is shown the door???

I'm sure Paul did everything he possibly could to stop OP's tantrum, but OP didn't want to calm down. Once agin the signs of a child.
Hope he made many more ignore lists after this latest tantrum, of which there will be more if he is allowed to stay.

Listing said nothing about a box/paperwork. You assumed.......don't assume....... Ask a question before buying.

Now - the seller immediately offered you a refund since you were not happy. Then you come here with this???

I actually sent a PM warning a seller here 3 or 4 weeks ago, after the OP tried to purchase his knife. Sorry that you had to learn about the OP's MO, the hard way, Paul.

Last thing.......we all have your back Paul. Don't sweat this at all. Spark will remove the unwarranted feedback after seeing why it was left brother.

I can vouch for Retired01, Rob is good people. I have had great dealings with him, and in fact I received a knife today that he sent me just last week. There may be a slight language barrier, but take the time to read and comprehend. Rob is a straight up gentleman, and man of his word, and I trust him 100%.

Glad I already had the OP on ignore. Doesn't seem like the seller did anything wrong since OP confirmed knife was as described.

Return the knife and you get a refund otherwise there's no refund. File a dispute with PayPal and they will tell you to Return the Knife for a Refund.

Yet another added to my ignore list.

You've been on ignore since the last couple threads you started like this. In what world do you live where a refund is given before the item is returned?

You left negative feedback so this transaction appears to be complete. Not sure what else you want here.
