Seller on this rant seems like a fantastic person to do business with though?

Ha ha. That is funny. I checked it out and he is still bashing the seller - in his sales thread. Twisting the truth about the box and willing to lose 100 on it instead of returning to the seller for full refund including shipping. Crazy. But we all better look out because he now has many people on his ignore list. 😱

PS.....am I the only one thinking why wouldn't he just return the knife and get the $545 back?? Is this a 'nose meet knife' thing??

Very interesting point on the neighbor thing. Made me laugh. Unfortunately most neighborhoods have one of these people. The guy who yells at kids if they walk on a blade of their grass, calls animal control if your dog is not on a leash, turns out all their light at Halloween so they don't have to give kids candy, calls the police if you have friends over for a cookout.
Then if you try to have an adult conversation with them they start filming and claim harassment.
Yup, everyone loves "that guy".
 
That's just amazing. He won't come here to discuss his issue as things once again didn't go the way he thought they would so instead he continues to insult the seller in his ad. And he won't return the knife but would rather take a big loss? Nothing about this guy adds up. Potential buys and sellers should know not to deal with this unstable person. A sticky. A ban. A note at the top of everything he posts. Something.

Ok, so let's see, leaving feedback (which is against the rules) and posting up a sales thread wherein he continues to slam Paul (which is also a technical violation of the rules). Where are his infractions?
 
Interesting to see that he is willing to sell for such a loss. PAULB63 may rescind his offer to take the knife back (if he has not already done so) and who could blame him? Waiting around for the OP to come to his senses seems pointless. That leaves the OP with very few options, even fewer considering that he's burned several bridges here. I anticipate that he will either have to keep the knife or take a much bigger loss before someone will take a chance on dealing with him.

Right? This is something that should be brought to the attention of the moderation staff. So, you got the OP who demanded a refund, a seller who actually said he would give a refund upon return of the knife, and now the OP a DAY LATER is attempting to sell the knife? After leaving negative feedback?

This retired01 guy needs to go.
 
Now I know this won't happen, but the icing on the cake here would be for the seller (paul) to buy it back from him for the 400 and make a nice profit. Lol. :D
 
Based on what has transpired, what's transpiring, and the op's silence I think it would be nice for a mod to change the title of this thread.
