I saw some brief results as well. I think if you were subscribed an email was sent out. Jason must have taken them down.

I know that I couldn't do what Jason is now doing so I hope that in the end it is a gratifying experience for him as I appreciate his efforts.

I wouldnt post them GH. Obviously there was an error or something was wrong so Jason took them down. I would wait.

Is Bill trying to cover his win? Did Hawks get best sheath with sicklio retentiones? Did KFU retain the never ending edge?

These boys roll deep!

It's a shootout .. yee-ha!!! :)

Ummmmmmm! Im surprised more didn't get them. I subscribed to the thread so it was sent to my email.

You know, I've never done that. Well once when I changed my user name to my real name ...... Sparks recommended it.

I haven't seen a clue of the results.

Your right Brian, I would not want to judge one of these things. Not only is the testing hard but than you have to compile everything.

Actually had some issues with not all of the images showing up. Took it down within seconds of posting...will try again shortly.

Im looking forward to the testers giving their take on the whole process. It would be cool if you guys could give us your impressions on the actual testing and what you had to go through to get it done.

Let’s get this thing going with the summary. Following the summary you’ll find the individual score sheets for each maker with pictures.

When looking over this information it’s important to recognize how we handled the numbers. There are three separate and distinct categories. The Knife category rates the knife only. Sheath Fit and Finish is our assessment of the sheath only. The System category which is our rating of how the knife and sheath wear and function together. The Combined Final Score is the weighted average of these three main categories. We weighted the Knife category at 60%, the Sheath at 15%, and the System at 25%. The Knife category alone held several sub-categories while the other two main categories were stand-alone. This just represents our focus, and I highly suggest that when viewing the results that everyone place their focus on the final scores of the three separate categories, not the Combined Final Score, and make your own call. Remember that not all of the knife makers made their sheaths (and vice versa obviously).

Also, we did not (and will not) provide our individual scores. Group effort gets group score. We will provide additional input and commentary, and may or may not answer questions directed to all of us as a group, but please don’t put any one of us on the spot by asking us questions individually.

And if any of the participants see an error in my posting (mixed up pics, steel type, whatever) please let me know and I’ll correct. Also, feel free to elaborate on your work. I received varying degrees of info on each of your knives, so decided to keep is simple and just include the basics.
