Walking dead kind of night

What a finale! I liked how Hershel became a zombie killing badass and Andrea has now shot up a few steps on my favorite characters list and it was great to see Rick grow a pair at the end and of course (SPOILERS!!!!!)

So true. I couldn't agree with this more except for the affect it would have on Rick and Carl.
 
Garth, that's Michonne (sp?). Supposed to be the definition of a badass...I'm guessing someone that carries around two armless walkers on chains would have to be pretty rough around the edges...

Some questions I have after this season...

1. What was with the black helicopter at the beginning of tonight's episode and why did it trigger the walkers to trek endlessly in the direction it was traveling?

2. Are the group of bad guys hunkering down in the prison?

3. Is Meryl a member of the bad guy gang?

4. Which of the three members asked about on the Talking Dead tonight will be seen next season? (my guess is Meryl)

5. When does the scatterbrain survival instincts stop?

I believe Michael Rooker (Merle) was recently confirmed to be in season 3. I have no doubt he will end up being part of The Governor's (next seasons main villain) group.

Looked like a shiny blade...haven't ALL Busse/kin swords been coated??

Two "people" were walkers but did not seem to be aggressive for whatever odd reason I'm sure we'll learn about next season.

I didn't think it was a AK-47, but would've been cool.

I thought those "people" looked like walkers. I guess next season's going to be interesting
 
Did anyone else notice, but all the shots to the walkers were head shots. Some great shooting rather it being from standing or from a moving vehicle. No center of mass shots.

This made it really UNrealistic for me. With a shotgun at close range...nailing a moving human head/torso from a vehicle wouldn't be THAT hard if going slow enough. But in a bumpy field, at a decent speed, in low light, with handguns!!!??!...No way in hell that would happen unless the bullets were steel and walker-skulls became electromagnetic!!

Driveby zombie shooting looks like fun. It was some pretty impressive shooting, no missed shots that i saw.

Really good one tonight except the hooded woman and the pet walkers.IMO way to comic book for how the show has been going so far.
 
Yipes my first post in this forum and it is zombie based...lol what a way to start.
It is amazing that they are all crack shots, scoring head shot after head shot with pistols and a shotgun...deer slayer slugs or what I wonder...while bouncing around in a car. Yeehawwwww !

It will be interesting to see how the relationship between Rick and Laurie...oh yeah zombie bait Carl too...moves on. Hmmm maybe a shot at Dr Phil's to help them sort it all out.

I like the way Rick told them all to piss off and leave if they wanted...about time to curb the whiners.

I love Katana Person, Chick???. Love the armless zombies? on chain leashes...but they were not doing the zombie shuffle, just standing there wishing they had their arms I guess...who knows what zombies are thinking about...

Awesome finale...Well done writers...bout freakin' time.

Yeah, I heard that delta guys make only head shots. It makes total sense that the 15-20 years it takes to acquire skills like that could be picked up in a few months after the zombie apocalypse.

as per the graphic novel, she has the walker's chained near her to ward off other walker's by assocation with them. they should also have their lower jaw's removed as well as their arm's. no grabby, no bitty.
 
that was some good shooting, i practice by competing in mounted shooting competitions. You think hitting a zombie in the head from a car is tough, try a ballon the same size while controlling a galloping horse and following a pattern in a arena with a crowd of spectators. Total adrenaline rush.

Wait...so did the ones tonight have their jaw's removed? I didn't notice. I mean if someone has no arms your eyes kinda go right to that and stop looking for other things to notice...

Never heard of such a competition...what organization is that with?

Ever see that old cartoon where the cross-eyed indian keeps shooting his horse in the back of the head with his bow and arrow? Yeah, that's what I envisioned with some of the shooters I've seen.
