WALKING DEAD Season 4, Sunday 10-13-13

Ya that little girl definately burned those two people alive and Carol is taking the blame cause she feels guility for teaching those kids to defend themselves consequently turning them into psychopaths.

Teaching someone to defend themselves does not turn them into a psychopath. The extreme emotional trauma and constant stress of the zombie apocalypse on a developing mind, on the other hand......

The Team Gemini sure had a starring role in this weeks episode. Glad that it is back on Daryl's hip again.

Garth

Which makes no sense since it's not a new season. When the prison was overrun with the Undead, and Rick told Carl not to look back at the prison.... that was simply the mid-season finale.

We're still in Season 4.

It's like South Park or Breaking Bad (well, WAS for Breaking Bad)

Long breaks in between seasons and loose track for which season it actually is.

Hi everybody.
Could you please tell me what was the knife in Episode 10?

Looks like a Gerber. I had one just like it.
Wal Mart should have it, that's where I got mine.

Yeah, Gerber sponsored the show during Season 2. At the start of it, while still on the expressway loaded with abandoned cars, one of the group members finds a Gerber knife-roll inside the car of a dead knife salesman. Everyone gathers around to check out the "great" find. They divide up the knives.

Apparently Rick took the all-black Gerber folder. He uses the knife several episodes later to cut his own hand so he can spread blood along a fence-line at an abandoned school. When the small group of walkers come near the blood, Rick stabs the first one in the head with his knife, while Shane helps him out as well. They went there to drop off a blind-folded and tied up survivor from an aggressive group. After catching him, Rick's group decides not to kill him. Just let him go. But in a way that he wouldn't be able to properly orient himself or lead his group back to the farmhouse if he re-joined them. Finding a good spot that looks like an abandoned school. They notice a very small group of walkers in the parking lot, on the other side of the fence-line. Shane aims his rifle at one of them when Rick tells him they need to be smart about it. How they need to use their knives more often. That's when he cuts his own hand.

Seems Gerber only sponsored the show during Season 2. Never seen a Gerber product-placement scene before or after Season 2. Chances are, if Gerber was still sponsoring the show, we'd see Daryl relying on the Gerber LMF II Infantry model which was one of the knives included in the knife-roll that they found at the start of Season 2, instead of the Busse his character currently uses.

Thought last night's episode was pure crap. Just a lot of filler.. If you never saw it it wouldn't matter at all.
