You have a good point, soldier. Perhaps what has kept them safe so far is that no one has yet come along to challenge their possession of Alexandria. After all, the French were very safe - right up to May ,1940. From your avatar, it appears that you understand the basic security procedures needed to adequately guard such a facility. But then, its just a TV show.
