Walking Dead Season 5 (HEADS UP: Possible Episode Spoilers May Be Posted Within)

You have a good point, soldier. Perhaps what has kept them safe so far is that no one has yet come along to challenge their possession of Alexandria. After all, the French were very safe - right up to May ,1940. From your avatar, it appears that you understand the basic security procedures needed to adequately guard such a facility. But then, its just a TV show. If they weren't open to attack by anyone toting just a small amount of explosives - along with the usual light infantry weapons, it wouldn't leave them open to possible attack...and more drama!...;-)QUOTE=tiogatires;14521217]I would ask then, what has kept them safe this far then? Looks like they're on guard at least.[/QUOTE]

I am curious about the guy on the porch. The husband of Ricks new girlfriend.

Garth

I'm glad that other people are curious! I want her to take comic Andrea's spot as Ricks love interest. SPOILER FOR THE BOOKS In the books, when Dale and Lori died, Andrea and Rick kinda just come together after all the shared experiences (yeah Dale an Andrea were together :barf:). Andrea also becomes a major badass. Major. So I want the blonde beautician to do the same. Plus she's pretty good lookin.

Maybe Rick will go full Shane on her husband and make sure he doesn't come back from a patrol.

There's nothing wrong with full Shane. I actually miss him

i understood where he was coming from with the survival if the fittest/kill or be killed mentality, but when he intended to kill rick out of jealousy and not survival he went off the deep end. still he was a fun character- and the show let him live a lot longer than the comics as a result.

Wasnt a fan of Shane when he was around but now I miss him. Brought a level of unpredictability to the group which kept it interesting.

Garth

Shane may have been a little emotional when it came to Lori, Rick, and Carl, but he did have what it took to survive in that kind of world. It was interesting to see his character play out in the show, I just wish he could've lasted longer. Maybe if he was still around, the Governor wouldn't have done so much damage to the group. Who knows. He was a hot-head, but an entertaining one.

It's weird to start thinking about characters who could still be around and how events involving them could've changed the whole dynamic of the survivors.

Also, have I been missing Morgan spots at the end of each episode or have they not done one since the mid-season finale?

Honestly, he might be. Let's keep in mind he's bat-ass crazy the last time Rick encountered him.

Morgan was crazy last time, but I think knowing Rick is still alive might settle him down a bit

I think that Morgan's shock is finally wearing off, and the survival instinct has kicked in BIG TIME! He could really add something to the group and be a fellow badass with Daryl. That is, if he isn't too busy filming in England where he is apparently a hot commodity.
