Walking Dead Season 5 (HEADS UP: Possible Episode Spoilers May Be Posted Within)

So, the one girl who was target practicing with the suppressed Seekins SBR, cranked some rounds though it, for some reason has a Nikon scope on it, then grabs the suppressor after she's done target practicing with some valuable subsonic ammo. Err....

I'm curious on that integrally suppressed 700 build that the guy who shot the horse had. Seemed interesting.

Good to see more....intreaging....guns yet the errors still bug me :(

Deal with it.......

Anybody notice Daryls knife? Still has the same ugly handle but the blade looked very TG to me tonight. Had the long fuller and had more of a drop point profile to it than the clip point on the one they've been using. Maybe they're trying to slowly phase it back in?

So what was the deal with the W on the walker's forehead? My first thought was maybe it's an M for Morgan, but I don't know why he'd do that. After seeing Rick get the Alexandria "A" stamp, I then figured it was the mark of a rival group's town.

I'm thinking it has something to do with what happened to the town in Richmond. W for wolves perhaps?

That would make sense... If that's the case, I hope they jump into that story line next week instead of waiting for the finale.

Looked like the blade was only six inches long. Kinda looked like an ordinary hunting knife.

The show is following the comics more and more now. No spoilers from me, but if they continue to do that, the season finale is going to be the best one yet. (And it'll also make sense why a certain iconic character from the comics is heavily rumored to be introduced in Season 6.)

Yeah I've gotten through a good amount of the comics to know who you are referring to... but unless they are combining characters/groups like they did with Terminus- I'm not sure what the W (or M) is.

Unless I missed an issue or two- I don't remember "Wolves" anywhere.

It seems they are combining two storylines from the comics into one, for the TV show. Otherwise things would be far too slow paced at the Groups' current stay in Alexandria, compared to the comics. Also, I think Morgan is still nuts. But not likely he'd be carving upside-down "M"s into walker heads.

I did notice Daryl's knife and I got a good shot of it. Apparently someone forgot to tell the digital effects team that Daryl switched knives. The digital blade was very much TG.

"W = Wolves" is the big rumor. That may be the renamed version of either the Scavengers or the Saviors - both of which are nasty groups.

and the prop department needs to do a better job with Daryl's knife. It wiggles when he's stabbing stuff.

Aren't we all just waiting for something really strange to break loose? Things going too smoothly...;-)

If you happened to watch Talking Dead after the show, Kevin Smith said something about the "W" on the walker head, but he mumbled it really low. I didn't understand what he said, but he mentioned the comics. I've read them, I'm caught up, and I've been a fan since before I started watching the show, but I have no clue what he was talking about.

I noticed Daryl's blade look TG but the handle was screwed up too.

off topicAnyone know the HUGE bowie blade that Carl had last week, it was almost the size of his arm.

I have read (spoilthedead.com) that a main character is missing in some cast photos...most people will not like who it is....they might riot! :D

Well, there are the Whisperers but that would be wildly out of sequence with comics.

Carl's knife looks like a Cold Steel Laredo Bowie.
