It appears that estate4life has resold the items already. He needs to make sure knifeuser100 is paid for those items.
 
I dont know who is in the wrong, but if pressed... I would still buy from the seller even after reading this thread... I'd have some reservations selling it to someone who would be willing to do a chargeback on a ebay purchase though.
 
I can 100% guarantee you he is paid in full, I can post a receipt from PayPal. Knifeuser100 is not telling the truth. Ever since I want to return the knives...he went crazy. Calling me scammer, fraud....C'mon...if I want to scam...I just say I never receive the knives & file claim. He ship without confirmation & delivery was left in my front gate. Someone can just take the package. I honestly expect new....so when I have reason to believe otherwise...as a unsatisfy buyer, the normal thing to do is ask for refund.

Knifeuser100 was not even a BF member. He register to bash this case...saying I stole his money but when in fact PayPal or eBay hold his funds. He register with BF to bash this case. When I am a paying member with positive feedback. I can't believe Rev even threaten to ban me from this site. C'mon....look at the fact & look at our individual comment & posting....

So then you claimed the knives were used, why did you not disclose that in your sales threads? That is what I don't understand. You went through all this drama and neglected to inform buyers of something that gave you the feeling of slinging insults, leaving negative feedback, threatening to "call authorities"? That is a total collapse of common sense.

That's cold. PayPal didn't hold his funds for fun, they did it because you filed a complaint. The complaint was that you wanted him to refund the money for the knives. But now you've sold the knives so you got your money. When are you going to close the PayPal case? Once you do that, this drama is over.

If you don't, you are the scammer, and paid member or not, we will ban a scammer.

ha my thoughts exactly. Why would someone who joined TODAY with less than 10 posts total have an interest in bashing a credible member? I have no interest at all in this matter either way but i can vouch that my dealings with E4L on here have been positive and were smooth.
 
That Police looks like factory to me. There are minor changes between production runs over the years and not every knife in a single run looks exactly the same.
 
I have no control what you guys wish to believe....i paid for those knives using paypal from day one. I have the receipt to proof it...I own multiple knives which I buy & sell all the time. An item can be new or like new....but this is not the argument. It is just the fact that I was a unsatisfy eBay buyer & wanted a return. I never charge back. I file a complaint with eBay & the may have freeze his account.

There is nothing I can do to make things better with this seller. I can close the thread. Take a vacation & if BF don't ban me, I'll be back later. But this seller register with bladeforum & his first thread posted was to bash this simple case of buyer wanting a return.

What I sell on BF or trade was 100% genuine ...mine. See my feedback...

Credibility is earned through long standing interaction and relationships built over time. That is my own definition anyway. If this is what we are in for over the first 4 months then we are all in trouble.

You need to contact paypal and close the case you opened against him. That is what you can do to make things right. You do not have the knives to return for a refund anymore, that is what paypal is waiting for you to do to move to the next step. Since that is impossible because you sold the knives, then you have to close the case so the man can go about his business. Stop worrying about what we believe already and do something to correct the problems you have created for yourself. You really aren't doing yourself any favors here.

Not without given proper time to close the paypal case.

It sounds like E4L decided to keep the knives and is happy with the transaction.
He no longer has the knives, thus the man needs to get paid and not be hassled.

E4L call Paypal, close the case. Be a man.
