WARNING about bladeforum user: estate4life Ebay scammer

Ken, I don't know what evidence you are accusing me a scammer...you are a irresponsible seller. Selling something claim to be new, and have a no refund clause. This is not about scam or fraud, it is about a selling transaction gone bad. I have the right to my judgement and feel these knives are not as describe. All I want is to return for refund but you reject. So you expect me to forget it. Of course the natural thing to do is file a complaint. I did not file charge back...I did not use credit card. I use my bank account to pay thru PayPal. If I really want to scam...it won't be for $5.

You got your money so don't accuse.

Like what I said, I am reasonable. If you be co-operative, I agree to remove the 2 negative feedback...instead, you gone crazy posting thread about me being a scammer.

Let me know if you are willing to work things out and I will remove the eBay feedback so you can be 100% again. I have been on eBay longer than you , so I know some feedback is left without justice...but my feedback has reason.
 
COLD HARD FACT:

A: Buyer said "This notch is damage, Spyderco NEVER MAKE such a bad mark on knife"!

B: I emailed him pics of my 2 police models, SAME MARK

C: here are google.com pics of SAME NOTCH AT base, PROVING buyer is a LIAR.

I think that if EL4 re-sold the knives here it would make this discussion relevant to other members. If EL4 did in fact re-sell the knives here without disclosing the perceived flaws then I would like to know about it. This would be a deal breaker for me in terms of future transactions with him.

A: you didnt mention your "or else" threatening emails to me

B: you didnt mention you LIED about the knives, they are 100% NEW NEVER EVER USED. PERIOD

C: You said "i feel these knives arent as described".........what you FEEL is irrelevant.......only the FACTS matter....... you got an INCREDIBLE PRICE on 100% new knives.

D: you didnt mention you email THREATENED me "refund me money"........ then you threatened to "ill get money back on BOTH!!" out of spite, which only a scammer and a person without honor would do.

E: youve IGNORED the fact that ive posted www pics, and sent you pics of MY POLICE models, showing SAME NOTCH, proving youre a LIAR without question.


Only a demonic person gets a STEAL OF A PRICE on new items......then sends 20 harassing emails within 4 hours.......... THEN scams poor seller with "give me money or else,....(revenge feedback, harassment)"

even EBAY admits you sent SO MANY wicked emails, it was "buyer harassment" by their OWN definition.

The point is a buyer has the right to request a return...but knifeuser100 went crazy...calling me a scammer...I did not put the notch or chip there...

same knives he was selling here , he listed them as "new WITHOUT BOX"....... same knives..

Which is what he just bought from me.........I left the boxes in Florida at my mothers home.......

So, YES,.....he WAS selling same knives he was BOTH complaining about to ME,.......but bragging here that "wow, what a great price!!!!......theyre for sale"

Even when the auction details stipulate "no refunds"? I'm not saying I like it, I'm just saying that it's contractual. Did you read the terms of the auction/sale in full before purchasing these knives?

I Can request anything from ANYONE.............I dont have the RIGHT to get it.

Items were AS DESCRIBED...... 100% new unused... PERIOD. You were happy with the product, you were just trying to strongarm me with your threatening "OR ELSE!" emails.

I dont take threats....... especially when i sell something for a killer price.

DID I MENTION HE GOT FREE FEDEX SHIPPING????????? He got a steal..........AND FREE EXPENSIVE SHIPPING.

So, whats this (demon) do? Accuse me.........send harassing emails........threaten me........try to steal my funds........ a clear cut case of FRAUD.
 
You own all the spyderco...you lie about the boxes....your knife came in a bag filled with oil. Litterally soak in oil....wonder where you got the knives from.

I own 8 PM2... Handful of Manix ....your police is my 7th...matter of fact. So don't BS here please. i have been calm dealing with you. I have almost 1000 feedback on eBay. Selling & buying.....so don't BS.

I am selling two of my PM2 next week... Selling your police which is legally mine since I paid for them from day one. Matter of fact, if BF lets me, I'll post your police todsy

So, after reading this thread from end to end, I would just like to say.

Knifeuser100, Stop bringing up the same points. It's acknowledged. If you've gotten your money then just leave it. Being petty makes you look bad. I'm truly truly sorry for your loss, but please don't let it cloud your judgement.

Estate4life, same to you. Just drop it. You sold those knives and got compensated. Now you're wreaking your own reputation. Be the better man and just change the feedbacks and walk away.

those are my $0.02.

His english is bad........One assumes he means "MARK", or "SPOT"

That knife (like the 20+ others I have 100% NEW) went straight from purchase to the safe.

HE knows thats how i got from the factory

YOU know thats how i got it from the factory

The most disgusting part of the INSANITY of the buyer........is he bought it for an INSANELY CHEAP price............... which a NORMAL person would go------ " hey!!! great deal, thanks!!!"

But this ABNORMAL scammer :
A: threatens me
B: complains its damaged/used
C: sends 20 emails in 4 hours
D: threatens then....."or else ill get my $$ back on BOTH, so give me $$$ back for 'partial refund'...you dont want your feedback ruined, ...so do it"

That is demonic behavior to any sane person.

13 years, everyone i sell to is not only 100% happy, .......but GRATEFUL.

Scammer threatens, me, lies about "used" on NEW items..... its as clear as day.
 
The seller did disclose "no returns" on the sale before you bought it. This is ebay we are talking about and not the exchange here on BF.

With ebay, private sellers aren't bound by the same rules as stores. If the knives were as described, ebay will side with the seller. You say it's not as described and are USED. When you resold the knife, did you say it was new or used?
 
I have never deal with a seller so stubborn and don't see the point.

1. The delivery guy left package in the front gate. If I want to scam you, it won't be for $5. I rather say I did not receive & claim insurance. I have sold items on eBay to buyers like this, so I always buy insurance.

2. Plain & simple, if you are not being co-operative, you win, no refund is fine.. i can always sell these knives or trade them (if BF don't ban me) You deserve the negative feedback. All I said was seller not being co-operative on feedback forum. But your comment is lie & trash ....look at the way you post.....troll.

Let me know if you change your mind.

A: I oil ALL my knives.....that effects NOTHING.......used or new, i oil things.........i dont like RUST, do YOU?

B: sane people oil steel knives for storage and protection........wipe the oil off if you dont like it (this is proof of insanity on behalf of buyer)

C: lied about box how? I stated in auction "NO BOX".........you got new item "WITHOUT BOX"


Hairlesstwinkie, I love that user ID , Youre correct.......

However , what buyer did.....is like giving someone a BMW for $2000, then the buyer threatens you and spits in your face, then (attempts to) robs you of the $2000 he paid for it.


But, there has to be a world full of crazy people like that, and we all must run into them here or there.

I love the complaint that the knives were OILED............ Yes, im so insanely guilty of keeping OIL on STEEL items....... color me "mad".
 
You only partially answered my question. Let me rephrase. When you posted the knives for resale, what condition did you put them as?
