WARNING about bladeforum user: estate4life Ebay scammer

There's a few things that should be addressed.

1) More than one member, myself included, has confirmed that the issues shown in estate4life's photos are not necessarily indicative of a used or flawed knife. The scuffed or worn patches of the G10 scales on the Junior and the rough bit at the base of the blade on the Police are not common, but certainly within the realm of possibilities when it comes to factory new Spyderco knives.

2) The seller on Ebay stated "No refunds". As long as the items were indeed as described (that is, new and unused, which is somewhat open for debate at this point -- see above), the buyer has no grounds for a refund. Some folks might want one, but the fact remains that the buyer entered into a contract with the seller in which he agreed there would be no refunds given. Yes, Ebay's buyer protection still supersedes the seller's refund policy if he is found to have inaccurately described the item(s) being sold. If that condition is met, the buyer should not expect a refund.

3) estate4life claims the items he sold on Bladeforums are not the same ones he bought on Ebay. These can easily be compared to the photos posted thus far by their buyers to confirm that they are, in fact, different. This should be confirmed before the mods drop the hammer on him.

What I sell on BF or trade was 100% genuine ...mine. See my feedback...

It's not what we believe. It's what we see.
I find it extremely coincidental that you happened to have each of the same models as you bought from knifeuser100 already. Especially when you described them as NWOB and recently purchased in your sales thread here. It is highly suspicious that you would edit your thread in such a manner as you did, to omit these two items. What you fail to realize is that staff can not only see any edits you previously made but there is also a record of the original post recorded in the thread also.

You may have proof you've paid him, but you've filed a dispute. You need to pay the man his money.
Failure to do so is fraud and there are avenues available to knifeuser100 to contact the proper authorities.
I would highly suggest you carefully think about your words and actions.

I just noticed this. All this photo does is show the wear from the wire clip in its factory position. I imagine if you remove the clip from other Spyderco models with a wire clip you'll occasionally find the same thing. My orange Dodo has it though the color makes it much harder to make out.
 
Case has been closed!!!!! When I posted the feedback on eBay...it then closed. He keep saying I have his money...and you guy believe him...

He is a irresponsible seller. Factory notch or not...if a buyer is not satisfy...I'll take it back, refund, resell...plain and simple.

Instead, he deny, call me a scammer, log on BF. register & bash my credential. And you guys believe.

The scammer/buyer (estate4life) said in email to me:

"Since you wont give me payment return on Police I'm also reversing payment on Junior I bought from you" (yes his english is bad).


A: did you SEE HOW INCREDIBLY CHEAP he bought both knives for???

B: he BRAGGED in another thread about "how cheap I got the Junior for!"

C: He outright LIED about both knives, they were both 100% new UNUSED without box.

D: Buyer/scammer sent me 19 emails WITHIN 4 HOURS PERIOD between NOON and 4 PM..... half of which were threatening.

E: His one threatening email said "you dont want your feedback ruined........so give me full or partial REFUND"...... ( = SCAM!!!!!!)


F: When i said "no, theyre both 100% NEW.........you bought both for an INCREDIBLE PRICE, a REALLY REALLY GREAT PRICE.....and auction i told him before he bought other knife "auction is NO RETURNS, ITEMS ARE AS LISTED NEW UNUSED", ...he said "ok"

G: He is a genuine scam artist trying to strongarm me by "do it or else bad feedback.........paypal me back partial or FULL refund.....or else..."...... SO HE THREATENED ME and my 13 year PERFECT reputation.

H: Im selling things to pay for my DEAD WIFES NURSING CARE........which makes him even MORE of a demonic scab.
 
I had the money....then he lied to ebay and paypal.........got the funds frozen.....

I showed ebay his threatening emails.....AND showed them he was SELLING BOTH KNIVES HERE AND HAD SOLD BOTH.....AND ALSO WAS BRAGGING "hey, i got these for a great price.....theyre for sale"

So, under this MOUNTAIN of evidence, his scam/claim against me was closed due to his fraud.

I have PERSONALLY 2 Spyderco POLICE that ive used for years.......i sent picture to seller/scammer showing EXACT SAME MARK at base, proving its factory

B: I found 5 photos on google.com of SAME NOTCH.

C: Buyer IGNORED this evidence,.........proving he was ONLY OUT to (as said in his "or else" emails) threaten my reputation with a "give me my $$$ back or else"

D: AFTER EBAY supervisor said to me "this is OBVIOUSLY fraudulent on the behalf of the BUYER" and gave me my $$$ back..... THEN he immediately left "revenge" feedback.

Past due medical bills can be a great hardship for one to bear at difficult times.
Knufeuser100 needn't haven't mentioned it as it is not pertinent to the dewal in question and you sure should have had more sense than to comment on it.
 
Same notch....this is one of the things that happens when you don't ''hold'' an item before purchase, people get Butthurt when there's a discrepancy. Why bitch if you got ''such a good deal''? Not like your gonna lose money

So your claim is that dead spouses arent responsible or HAVE medical bills? THINK AGAIN.

Her last 6 months of cancer paralyzed her so bad, that APS (adult protective services) wouldnt let me take care of my wife anymore, so put her in care facility.

Ill be paying off my late wifes medical bills till time ends.
 
So.... The seller has his money.
The Buyer has the knives and has resold them here.

Thank you for wasting our time for a deal that didn't even happen here.
 
It wasn't a complete waste of time,Karda.I know who I won't be dealing with in the future.
