WARNING: Issues with cvuicich, ja2072, was: What does LNIB mean?

Well, the silence speaks volumes. They don't want to explain themselves because they don't want to admit they are shady scumbags.
 
I wonder if the mods or spark have gotten any answer from these two about if one bought the knife for the other? Simple question.
 
There is no doubt in my mind they did work together. They have both read this thread and neither has stepped forward to deny it. One of them if not both would have if it were totally false,to clear their name and if for no other reason to make us look ridiculous.

I have no doubt also. So that would beg the question of what is going on with this:

This is why transactions should always be done on the forums. This is why you don't do Paypal gift. This is why you take photos. The seller shouldn't have given a refund, he should have requested the knife back. The buyer(s) were shady all the way around.

I'm tempted to ban both cvuivich and ja2072, but the problem is there's no proof that cvuivich was involved other than 2nd hand information. ja2072 has apparently disappeared now. I've changed the thread title, and would like to see more information.

Seems to me that since this request for more info, none has been provided that we can see. I would hate for attention to this situation to dwindle as it represents the greatest fear for honest sellers: conspiring to use paypal in order to rip off the seller. We preach to use paypal the correct way but doing so in this situation meant the two conspirators could get away with this scam. Both are still active here.
 
I don't know how we will get positive proof, unless some 3rd party that was aware of it being planned and executed. I think all we can do is remember them, keep an eye on any future suspicious activity, and not ever deal with them. Spark can do whatever he wants, it's his ball, but I don't know how to prove it to him. My guess would be he will wait for some other slip up and then say enough of this, but again that is just a guess.
They obviously put a very cheap price on loss of honor and reputation.

That pic in my point of view looks like a chalk mark and there is what appears as skin flakes in the gymping. I just use a jewlers brush and all the "loving fondling" mess is gone.

Consider wear marks that cross boundaries between scale and back spacer, bolster and scale, liner and scale , blade tang and inside back spring (double print), then look and question "how can the white wear mark damage both the high AND inside edges of the DEEP gymping?

That IMOP is proof of seeking a refund with no genuine reason. And shows a plan to deceive.
Criteria a cop would say crosses into fraud.

Further it would be in the best interest of one of these two, because of guilt by association, to come forward with details on the part played. Looking at that photo, how it would appear to support a plan.
Based on reasoned proof that they or he provided his or themselves which I at least speaks to deceit.

Even the title of this thread states that THE TOPIC HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM THE LNIB issue.
