He actually had the nerve to post on BF asking what the sheath would look like.

I thought I recognized that name. There have been questions raised about him other places and he's been booted from other forums for misrepresenting his products and blatantly stealing designs. He also goes by the name Tim.
 
He's lucky he's not near me right now.
 
Andy - have you trademarked any of your designs?

I think we should all "ask seller a question" and see what he says about is he licensed to make these in the Uk.

Either that of everybody report him to Ebay and see what they do if anything.
 
you should buy somthing from him and them that will let you complane and give him a bad review that other people can see. ya that really sucks, thats really bad forum for some one to do.

That's not strictly true is it? It's not as if he can be banned from the forum though, he owns it! It is true that designs are copied, but from what you say about him asking what the sheath looks like and then copying it then it is out of order. Yours are finished way better though, I doubt you have anything to worry about.

Thats not the point. J.N. just pinched the design, totally by passing any
work on the drawing board and any effort in the making of working protos.

That is the poorest of shows :thumbdn:
