That is some nice look polished stage. I really wanted one of the those however, I am extremely happy with my cocobolo Washington Jack.

Thanks TX, the Cocobolo's are amazing with the wide variation of the grain. There simply isn't a bad choice one can make cover wise:thumbup:
 
Nice "character" covers, Paul, kinda what I thought the material was all about in the first place. Still hoping mine will look as good.

The polished stag is my favorite. Absolutely beautiful!

So glad I was able to acquire these two exquisite specimens.

I just picked up a cocobolo one. It turns out I'm not a huge fan cocobolo. The knife looks stunning, but I don't know if it's for me.
 
Really? What don't you like about it? Any pics?

I love my cocobolo one so much, it's my favorite GEC I've had so far.

Where you at in Wisconsin?
 
It turns out I just like don't Cocobolo covers. They look nice, but I don't think they're for me. I can try to post a few pics. I'm currently in Platteville.

That is some good looking cocobolo! I'm sure it'd be an easy sell if you don't like it
 
Well I missed out on the initial run of these, then I was outbid by 1 second on a nice Ebony one on Evilbay. Today I did a search and a nice Cocobolo was sitting there, with a nice buy it now price with free shipping. Let's just say I didn't hesitate to pull the trigger! Funny enough later today a nice stag one was for sale in the exchange right after I bought the one on evilbay.
