So, who wants to guess what it is??? I'm very optimistic. I'll say a Kris blade, even though I really doubt it.... it does look like a double edge... maybe a spear point (that would be easier to make)... NoNoNo.! I have to stick with my first guess... a Kriss--- only one guess per person...

Let the guessing begin :D

well from that picture it's almost undeniably double-edged. Now lets check how many blade profiles are double-edged (all the way) that Benchmade (PC, Bali-Song Cutlery, whatever) has done in the past; this eliminates pretty much all but the spearpoint and the kris.
now it could just be me, but it doesn't look like it has too much of a kick. This would mean that it doesn't really have a deep belly or whatever. The spearpoint does get wider near the top, so this would require a larger kick.
The ricasso on the spearpoint also does not come to such a point- it's a few centimeters wide in the center.

So unless it's a new profile, then I'm going to remain pretty damn certain that it's a kris.

Furthermore, in the words of our own Gollnick: "There's a rumor afloat that Benchmade is on the verge of developing a way to mass-produce Bali-Song worthy kris blades!"

it HAS to be a kris blade, it just has to.
 
the only thing is, there's no number underneath the benchmade logo. This could simply be that they haven't designated it a number yet or whatever
 
It's probably some dumb balisong-looking fixed blade or something...


But then again, maybe.....
