Nice Magrette -- I have one in the 200 range.

BW great Bling there, two over the top items! Scoring textured Ti is as hard as scoring the right Hinderer. I had to buy an XM 18 awhile back that had bronze text I just for the Ti to complete another XM, do what you got to do.

I hate you guys....

Been watching this thread and am now headed down a very slippery slope.

Have yet to score my first Hinderer but wanted to post a pic of the watch I bought myself for Christmas.
Bathys Hawaii Benthic Titanium.

Nice - how do you like it? How's the size?
I love it, but it isn't perfect. I wish the date was easier to read, either bigger or with a white background, and maybe had the day as well.
Other than that, I really like the color and light weight of the titanium. I also like the larger face.
As you can see, it is about the same size as a Monster, but with the bigger face and wider lugs, it looks bigger without being bigger.

Thanks for the picture. I might have to go check that out. The size looks great. Funny you mention the date, I didn't even see it in your photo. Granted it's behind the second hand, it's definitely hidden. Thanks for your insight.

BT, how's the luminosity of the dial, hands, etc? Brightly glowing numbers, etc are a big plus for me.. I'd never heard of Lum Tec before but I might check them out..

The lum is a light blue, and is not as bright as the Seiko's green. It is enough to see throughout the night, especially with a good charge.

Thanks man! That is a Greg Stevens Design Gustav ammo strap.

Well, it looks great and has more character than the one I ordered. I hope mine breaks in like that one though. The knife is awesome too. I might try for a RHK at the lottery at Blade this year. Take care.

I will play. :) This is my Oris TT1 with a rubber band. This is currently the ONLY watch that can put my Omega Seamaster in the safe!! That's saying a bunch. My collection includes a Seamaster, an Oris, and a 1970 Omega dress watch. That one was for my 40th Birthday. It's from my birth year.

The knife is my Hinderer XM 18 Slicer. Sterile Duratech 20CV blade. It has the grey scales with blue stand-offs and blue screws. Mmmmmm, so tasty. This baby is my favorite knife I own. That says a ton. It shares pocket space with my ZT 0777blk M390 blade. The Hinderer beats all comers.

Had an Oris that I really liked but never kept even 12 hours of power reserve (claimed 48 or so, don't recall). Other issues developed...So, still well within warranty period I contacted them about the issues. Not very helpful. After at least a Ben sending it around the USA to a couple different places (per their instruction)...and...bottom line; the repair bill exceeds the cost of a new Citizen and Seiko combined, so it's a paperweight and the last watch I'll buy from that manufacturer.

Not anything close to a panerai, but a grey watch that's been seeing a lot of...wrist time. Along with my slicer of course!
