Ok you guys.. stop rubbing it in already... damn the stooooopid pic on the Buck website!!!

Flaming Koa or whatever... you wil not see the last of me....

Thanks for the welcome chickentrax. last time I looked at the buck site custom shop, the checkout was only for USA or Canada unless I missed something which is quite possible

We have hired a new VP of Marketing. His name is Dave Visnack and he has extensive background in E-commerce.

One of his key projects is finetuning our website. As you guys are Alpha-male-consumers with extensive web experience and are all highly opinionated, :) I would love to get your feedback on what is great and what is lacking on our website. Also if you could share other websites, knives or otherwise, that really impressed you.

Dave starts next tuesday (he is moving to Idaho as we speak) so we have not put the budget and timeline to the website project yet, but that gives this thread some time to mature and be a real strategic help.

thanks for your comments.

CJ,
I'm thrilled to hear about this and it's about time! Welcome to the Internet world for knife enthusiasts.

I don't know; I've never ordered anything from the Custom Shop...I got my customs from navajoprincess2b...but if you have a friend, relative, sweetheart, or business acquaintance here in the States, it should be simple to have it delivered to them [labeled as a gift?] and re-sent to you...
