midnight workout + morning warm-up:

150 push-ups
60 curls
90 dips
60 standing crunches
60 no-weight squats
+
50 push-ups
20 curls
30 dips
20 standing crunches
20 no-weight squats
= 560/100 = 5.6

= 12.4 total BSP
 
Finally getting a start on this, was out sick with the damn allergies down here since New Years.. Got in the gym this morning and got a full round of weights in..

12 machines at 12 reps per = 144 Medium reps = 2.9 points
2 machines at 20 reps per = 40 light reps = 0.4 points

Total of 3.3 points
 
Today's workout was an upper-body lifting session, consisting of incline bench press, dumbbell rows, push-ups, posterior delt flyes, dumbbell curls, and abs.

1-6-14 Workout:
Warm-up – 1.00
Shoulder sets - .75
Abs - .80
= 2.55

Lights – 2.08
Mediums – 106 reps = 2.12
Heavies – 13 = .52
Very heavies – 2 = .13

Sick right now, so only doing light reps. 400 pushups, 600 situps, 200 squats, for 1200 light reps, and 12 BSP. Total to date 54 BSP.
 
Tuesday and Wednesday workouts:

200 pushups
100 burpees
100 star jumps
600 sledgehammer swings into a big 'ol tyre

10 BSP

Total so far: 26 BSP

Post workout drink: Blended kale, spinach, kiwi fruit and soy protein. Tasted awful before I added the kiwifruit :)

Yesterday 300 medium reps for 6. Today 350 for 7.2 total for January 27.2 bps to date. Lately I have been doing a full body workout 4-5 days a week. Manly Olympic lifts and pull ups dips. On off days stretching and yoga.plus a few crossfit wods to break it up. My advice anything is better than nothing.
 
Did some climbing today (5.12 routes for an hour and a half. I figure that's gotta be worth a BSP). Also lifted weights (200 medium reps for 4 BSP, 600 light for 6). Together with a 3 mile run, I was at the gym for nearly 4 hours. I'm counting that as 11 BSP for the day, bringing me to 65 BSP to date.
 
Nice one, Qeth. Looks like a fun exercise that I would fall on my face doing. I get all wonky when I'm upside down.
 
Thanks. It's definitely disorienting.

I used to be able to walk the mats back in college, but my weight's shifted around a bit and I haven't been consistently practicing.
