Thanks. I'll be aiming for 200 this month. I was planning on letting up on this one for a bit because I am spread a little too thin among too many activities, but I'm getting addicted to the make believe internet points :P

Whatever helps us motivate, right? I need to get Becker running points too though. Really let that one slide.

-edit- Just got back from the gym. 450 medium reps for 9 BSP and 250 light reps for 2.5 BSP. Total of 11.5 BSP for the workout, 108.56 BSP to date. Still need to do abs though, so might get another 4-5 in tonight.

Between weather, being under the weather, and life interventions, I haven't done so well lately, especially in the MYB challenge. But today 6.05 BSP's for a cum Jan total of 30.06.
 
I'm back at work now, so slowed down a bit but I will start adding more to my routine. Monday and tuesday sessions included 200 elevated push-ups and 50 burpees, so just 2.5 points. 33.5 BSP total so far.
 
150 medium reps, 400 light for 7 BSP today. Still need to do pushups.

115.56 BSP to date.

-edit- 144 pushups, to bring me up to 117 BSP tonight.

Did a full-body session last night, which felt quite good.

Light reps - 426 = 4.26
Medium reps - 100 = 2.0
Heavy reps - 22 = 0.88

1-14 BSPs: 7.14
Current total BSPs: 40.71
 
336 medium reps. did my regular circuit, 12 station X 24 reps on each and added 2 rounds of 12 on the back extensions and Abdominal Twist machines.

6.7 points for the day, 25.4 total to date..


288 medium reps in my regular circuit 5.7 points + 13 = 18.7

Sticking with my modified circuit, I was really sore Sunday for the first time in a while.. felt kind of good :)

I am addicted to the numbers, for some reason. The numbers motivate me to do double (or in the case of last Saturday, triple) duty on some days, and have me extending my workouts from 30ish minutes to 45ish minutes. Loving the results of the past 2 weeks of pushing harder!

Yup, it's good motivation. I've been putting in 10-15 hours a week at least, including the MYB too. About to head over for some climbing, running, and lifting. I'd like to try to get as close to 250 BSP as possible by the end of the month, but I'll be plenty happy with 200.

Congrats to CowboyStyle for hitting the first goal.
 
Another 3-circuits + warmup:
5.6 + previous 25 = 30.6 total
 
Climbed for an hour and a half, then did 550 medium reps and 700 light reps for 18 total BSP today (along with 4 miles for MYB). Took just over 4 hours for all of it.

135 BSP to date.

I think I'm either gonna take tomorrow off, or else do a lighter workout than usual. Don't want a rhabdo visitation.

regular circuit today, 288 medium reps.. upped my weights on all machines this morning too. 5.7 + 25.4 = 31.1
