Ahhh, I did my squat workout tonight. It was brief, but effective.

Light reps - 97 = .97
Medium reps - 121 = 2.42
Heavy reps - 3 = .12

1-8 Total BSPs: 3.51

Current Total BSPs: 23.52

57.32 BSP to date.

352 light reps during drills and body weight exercises.

3.52 BSP for the workout.

60.84 BSP to date.

On the one hand, I'm glad to be back on the mats and sparring. On the other hand, I hate it slows down BSP gains :D

Upper body lifting tonight, with the military press as my focus.

Light reps - 342 = 3.42
Medium reps - 132 = 2.64
Heavy reps - 10 = .40

1/09 BSPs: 6.46

Current total BSPs: 29.98

On the serious side, one can be a at an ideal weight/ height ratio, yet being unfit and unhealthy. Weight/ height ratio (or BMI) is not, and should not be, the sole indicator of health.

Had to step up my game to keep up with you overachievers! Changed my regular circuit to 12 reps, 60 second on step box, 12 reps, did that on each station. Doubled the reps, kept the same weight on the first round, then dropped 10 lbs on the seconds round. I can really feel it now..

288 medium reps = 5.7 points + 7.3 = 13 points ttd

17 stations, 12 medium reps per station = 204 med reps = 4 points

7.3 ttd

That's one heck of a workout there. Nearly half the challenge in a day... I'll have to see about catching up again :-P We going for 200? Or 250?

-edit- 500 pushups, 902 situps, 100 squats. 15 BSP.02 today. 97.06 to date. Couldn't manage the ~300 more to get to an even 100.

Thanks. I'll be aiming for 200 this month. I was planning on letting up on this one for a bit because I am spread a little too thin among too many activities, but I'm getting addicted to the make believe internet points :P
