Congrats, TT! Almost there, NathanJ... Keep up the good work! Took the day off yesterday with only 1 BSP. 161.5 to date. Today is going to be a heavy workout day.
 
Well, nothing like some of you guys but today was 4.45 and now at 51.36 BSP's for the month. :-) Not doing so well at MYB but maybe the weather will improve in February. Treadmills etc of course work but I basically hate those things.
 
174.73 BSP to date.

257 light rep warm up for 2.57 BSP.

177.3 BSP to date. Feeling a little worn out, I think I'll skip my PM workout, rest tomorrow, and be better recovered for my class Saturday.

Congrats on finishing this challenge, Colonel! I don't care for gym machines as the means for mileage achievement, either. However, isn't that part of the challenge - to move our butts, period? It seems better to me to plod along on a treadmill or spin on an exercise bike than to sit around!

Thanks guys - I'll keep "plodding" while the wx remains ridiculous (below zero most night and even daytime highs below zero with wind chill. Today starts a 3 day period of warmer wx. May try a short hike today or tomorrow especially as the brown truck is supposed to bring me a pair of Oakley Assault boots today. Have to try them right?
 
Another 3-circuits + warmup:
5.6 + previous 25 = 30.6 total

I've been lax about recording and exercising for a week or so. Here's my catch-up:

2x 3-circuit workouts + 6 morning warmups:
5.6x2 + 5.6 = 16.8
+ previous 30.6 = 47.4 BSP

WOAH, almost there!

I'm thinking for one of the longer months (March, for instance), that I'm going to go for what I'll call the "Spartan." Yup, that's right. 300 points.

This sounds masochistically fun. 75 points per 4 weeks, and a few days as a buffer. At 5 lifting days per week, that's 15 points per session.
 
Got Ice here this morning which is pretty rare.. Got to the gym and there was like 4 people there... had it to myself this morning

324 medium reps today.. 6.5 points + 42.5 = 49 total.. almost there..

Circuit day.. 288 medium reps = 5.7 + 36.8 = 42.5 ttd

You guys are hardcore! Thanks for making this fun for all.. I pushed my regular workout into second gear because... I need the points :)
 
Of course, Qeth, bear in mind we still gotta keep up with MYB. I'm sure I'm not ready for a double Spartan, but it's still gotta be maintained. That means, with 75 points per week, and more like 3 lifting days, with 3 running days, that we'd need to do 18 point workouts every lifting day, and "light" 7 point body weight workouts with the runs.

A prize for a double spartan might be in order though.

It's a stretch, especially with other physical activities thrown in the mix. It might mean some triple days with smaller workouts, as well. Time to experiment.
 
Okay that was stupid of me. I wrote out my last workout post the other day and obviously didn't press the post quick reply button!

So here it is, all combined since friday it was 400 light reps, 25 heavy and 8 very heavy. So that puts me up to 53 BSP! I did it. Sore as hell but I did it. Got a loooong way to go before I am happy with my body but this was a great incentive. Thanks for the support to guys.
 
Dragged my butt into the gym this morning... 288 medium reps of circuit weights with step boxes in between... 5.7 points + 49 = 54.7 ttd

Wisdom tooth recovery is putting a crimp in my routine, but I only need one more full workout to make the goal, so hopefully a little later this week I'll close it out just in time.

Congrats, Nathan and Lee! I'm sick as a dog, so I think I'm in trouble for both my workout goals, but we'll see how it goes.
