Awesome kettlebell Qeth!

Been busy the last few days but managed to sneak in a few workouts, did 300 push ups and 100 burpees for 4 more BSP.

37.5 total.

Next week I'm stepping everything up. Cardio, weights and endurance. Gotta lotta weight to lose, but I'm noticing good changes in my upper body now, and I can see that my traps are improving too, I've never seen them before so it's a good feeling :)
 
132.89 BSP to date.

AM workout
320 light rep warm up consisting of jumping jacks, sprawls, and other body weight exercises for 3.2 BSP.

PM workout
My regular 360 light rep warm up for 3.6 BSP.
Kettlebell workout of 570 light reps for 5.7 BSP and 264 medium reps for 5.28 BSP.

150.67 BSP to date.
 
I did a combo deadlift and military press workout this morning.

Light reps - 222 = 2.22 BSPs
Medium reps - 118 = 2.36 BSPs
Heavy reps - 14 = 0.56 BSPs

1/20 BSPs: 5.14

Current Total BSPs: 45.85
 
Did a good session Monday, 100 push ups, 100 burpess, a 45 minute walk at 4am and 1 hour on the treadmill after work, followed by 400 sledgehammer hits on a tyre. So all that equals 6 BSP for a total of 43.5

Going on a 10km hike after work today.
 
Had to work late Wednesday, so did 100 push ups and 300 sledgehammer slams, so 4 more BSP, 47.5 total.
 
Working graveyard shifts has taken a toll on my exercising, but I managed to get in some light-rep calisthenics.

100 each of push-ups, squats, v-ups, and jumping jacks, and 50 calf raises with each leg for 4.5 BSPs.

1-22 BSPs: 4.5

Current Total BSPs: 50.35

Mission accomplished! I don't intend to stop, although I do plan to focus on getting to 50 MYB points.
