Jazzz, after watching the video, you seem to have hit on everything this blade shape excels at and why it makes such a great work knife. please let us know when and where it will be available. Would love to see high end steel used but VG10 would be nice for the every day user.
I know I've said this before, but when I cut with this knife, it's pure joy to a knife afi. You need to see for yourself. The curve of the back says, "give me something to cut", and the FFG straight edge gets it done right now.

Can I ask where you got that large double handled knife hanging on the left of the magnetic rail on the wall? I need one of those.
Great vid on the Spyderco wharncliffe BTW. I've been hoping for something like this from Spyderco for a long time. I have a couple of wharnies and they get used more for chores than other blade shapes in my collection.
