Off Topic What’s this knife/sheath sitting on?

Now imagine an outboard motor clamped on to the wood section and you have an outboard motor bracket for a sail boat.

Thanks for at the least trying. This was a rather esoteric item to guessed.

That drain manhole design would make a cool ti scale milled design. :)
 
We had quite the downpour the end of last week. A lot of rain in a very short amount of time (relatively).
 
That 2 down in 2 guesses. Keeps the thread moving but we could use a challenge. I'm out of contenders for now but I'll be back. ;)
