As I learned in college and at work, "collaboration" (or group think) always results in an inferior result or product.

I appreciate and want to cultivate the individual creativity of each artist (knife maker) and any "collaboration" would be a compromise which S*CKS as far as creativity goes.

On the other hand, I think that cooperation and collaboration are essential in politics but we're not getting much of that these days.

It depends on whether it's a "meeting of the minds"... or a "butting of the heads"!

Stuart is an admirable member of the Bladeforums Community and an excellent craftsman who does beautiful work that is quite a bit more refined than mine. I think he's out of my league, but I'd be game for something if he is.

Randall Made and Busse knives. It would be nice to see a new Randall in a different steel or a Busse in a nice sheath with functional fittings. Mean and classy would be an interesting take.
